They screw up pur order every time we go. We pick our donuts and its not what we get. Its not even a once in a while, my family goes every Saturday and every week its messed up. Today....a sour cream donut when we asked for blueberry glazed in our dozen. If its out then ASK!!!

Sat in line for over 20 minutes. Finally was able to order. I asked for a dozen donuts. Half glazed, and half chocolate sprinkles. $20 later and it's a complete mix dozen and not a single donut my kids will eat. This location is ALWAYS slow, and never gets the orders correct.

Drive-thru orders take way too long. Not sure what the issue is , but I dont believe this coffe shop has enough people or a functional system to handle drive-thru.

If I could give no stars I would. These two woman yelled at my husband when he walked in to order us food. The doors were open and they yelled and said “we closed!” A couple of times very rudely and were cleaning before they were even supposed to close. Very disappointed with the service at this location.

First time visiting Dunkin Donuts Camp Delmar. Ordered maple bar and cinamon roll at drive thru. Got home and no maple bar chocolate bar instead.Both of these donuts seemed very small and were dry. Maybe day old. Very disappointed.
Today, Saturday 3/8, I ordered a Medium Hot Machiatto with french vanilla ( basic). Also ordered a few donuts. My hot drink didn't have its usual taste. So I opened my cup and noticed what I was tasting was the green matcha in my Macchiato. My cup wasn't even filled to the top.I had already driven away ,so at this point, I'm just disappointed. Staff, please be careful. It wasn't even busy on this day, but the store was closing at 1 pm. With prices going up everywhere, please make sure your customers are getting what they paid for.
