First time getting it after hearing from my friends I should try them, and my drink had a dead bee in it. It was clearly dead a while, which leads me to wonder how is their stuff sitting out long enough and uncovered for a bee to get in there. I never wanted to have a bee in my mouth and recommend against it.

Been a Dutch Bros fan for years since we tried them when we lived in PNW. We were so happy to find out they have several locations here in SoCal! Today was the first time we ordered something that wasn’t good. We got a medium vanilla matcha latte. It was disappointing to say the least. The matcha tasted like cheap quality matcha imho.

Im a usual customer here and most of the time the employees are super nice, however I recently ordered a few coffees online for a pickup, I get the same drink every time, and when I went to get my drink at the pickup it was different, so I kindly brought up how my drink tasted different and the girl at the window must of thought I was the bane of her existence for possibly bringing up that my drink was wrong and rolled her eyes at me, she told me “it’s supposed to taste like that” and showed no interest in addressing my issue. Not wanting to deal with the attitude I just walked away and drank whatever was in my cup. Never been one to complain, I’ve worked in the service industry and I know how it can be but just human to human that interaction was just cringy. Really hope she has a better day and doesn’t talk that way to anybody else.
