You can tell how good this place is by all the broken bumper pieces in the Street out in front of the place from all the people crashing trying to get in and out of there.....it's 10x better than Starbucks and cheaper as well ....just be careful coming and going they have a lot of traffic .
5 stars for the drinks and the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. One star for the ridiculous wait to pick up your drink. It's great for them that it is so popular but the line is really long most of the time that I have been there which is late morning, mid afternoon or early evening. This particular location is 20 mi from my house so this is where I stop when I'm on my way up to the OC.

Today was the first time we ordered something that wasn’t good. We got a medium vanilla matcha latte. It was disappointing to say the least. The matcha tasted like cheap quality matcha imho.
