Customer service was horrible!!!!!!! The woman who was helping us was throwing our bagels into the box so aggressively. She Charged us for a gourmet bagel but didn’t tell us. The entire interaction was uncomfortable! Will not be returning.

There was maybe 2 people who ordered in front of me and I only got a bacon egg and cheese and I sat waiting for it for 20 minutes while there were 7 or 8 people just standing around behind the counter.

The recipe for Einstein bagels has changed, they are no more chewy than a slice of cheap white bread. I used to get chewy bagels at Einsteins but white bread is not my idea of bagels so good bye Einsteins, let me know if you change back to the chewy recipe.

Great service and food. This is getting g more difficult to find at Einstein's, but this one is solid.
They lost the baby high chair, but the employee was looking for it with all of his might. I definitely appreciated it! I didn’t catch his name but he was leaving around 9:30am or so and I faught him on the way out. Kudos!

The best plain bagels around. Light and airy inside yet perfectly chewy. I can eat them plain and usually do eat one plain and another toasted with garden cream cheese, although I have no reason eating two! Einstein’s recipe is off the chain. Waaay better than Bruegger’s. And Einstein’s bagels remain fresh longer.

First time trying it. Guess ill review after eating 😅. Great service. Real quick. Didnt have to wait for a long time.just order a bagel and 2 coffees i was out of there in less than 10 mins.

Good food, but extremely busy place, especially on a Sunday morning for breakfasts. I think you can order ahead with an App.
The food has always been amazing. My husband really liked the Biscuits and Gravy Bagel. However, we did think that it should’ve been oozying out with gravy 😅. And my first time back in a while, I downloaded the app and told them that I was new to everything, and the gal reminded the checker to make sure that the applied coupon from the app was upon my checkout. 🥹 the only other tid bit I would say is that the bathroom locks are kind of ghetto, the bathroom was dirty, and it didn’t have soap in there are two days in a row. (I went back and got the B&G Bagel the next day because they didn’t have it the day prior). ☺️

The Vista Way location has absolutely the best crew!!! Ashley is amazing… always making sure things are running smoothly and truly takes care of customers. The food is excellent, the service is beyond excellent. If you want a great bagel(s) do yourself a favor and go to this location…you won’t be disappointed.
