Well after coming to this El Pollo loco for 15 years something finally happened. My wife ordered a side salad and got it to the table and she got back up and went and said I didn't get any salad dressing and the lady said that she was going to be charging her $0.60 for salad dressing in 15 years. I've never paid for any salad dressing. I kind of made the experience here at this El Pollo loco feel bad but I've never seen this lady that was working behind the counter...

Love their salads with avocado but all of the food is great. The house salad is to die for. Great food at fair prices. Love it. Tables aren't always clean and that is the only thing I don't care for.

I love the Double Chicken Tostada, but whenever I ask for a combo, they always forget to put the chips in it, this is the 4th that this has happened.
If im paying for this (Which is kinda pricy unlike other places) I expect to have what im paying for, and the recipee and all shows that it should of have chips but they forget about it almost all the time, 4 out of my 6 visits comes without chips
