I can confirm that this is a fun place to experience in Oceanside. It’s way better than the tourist places near the beach.
We ordered the chicken parm to share. It’s a massive portion. It comes with herbed spaghetti and garlic bread. The meat is a soy- gluten recipe made in house with a thick crunchy deep- fried breading. The tomato sauce was really tasty.
I really appreciate when vegan restaurants make in house meats. I’m super over Beyond, Impossible and other overly processed meats I can buy myself.
This was a heavy filling meal. We had a huge portion to take away.

My family and I stopped by while on vacation and felt like we had known the people there our whole lives. The food was DELICIOUS, the atmosphere was colorful and welcoming, and the experience was just overall wonderful. We cannot wait to come back through Oceanside for our next memory!

If you’re anywhere near this place, you gotta stop in. The owner is super friendly and the food is amazing. Bring your appetite as the sizable portions live up to their fame. We tried the Reuben and Bougie Burger and both were delish. The horchata and lavender lemonade/hibiscus tea combo were also topnotch.
Your food comes with a generous stack of napkins and you’ll need them, lol.

You feel a caring human element at the heart of Eris. The vibe is 90's grunge in a cozy, nostalgic way. The chef nails crispy texture. The flavors are well thought-out and delicious. The portions are legendary. I can't wait until next time I'm in Oceanside to try more items on the menu!

Seriously incredible!!! All home made, Scott was so friendly. The portions are insane. The 4 of us barely made a dent on our 4 dishes. Highly highly recommend.
I've eaten here at least 5 times, including with non-vegan friends, and i've tried a good chunk of the menu, and I think it's the best vegan spot in SD county. Idk what the fish tacos are made out of, but they are perfect with a glass of lavender lemonade or horchata. It legit makes my day every time the bestie and I stop by for lunch, and the people who run the place are really lovely too. Definitely worth checking out.

Scott made us feel right at home! Greeted us when he entered and let us know the most popular items. The food was delicious and the portions were very large. The food is made from scratch and you can tell. My husband is excited to have leftovers for later!
