I went to the store and the door was locked
I had an order to pick up
I called the number for the store and the owner answered … I said no one was there and an order had been placed and paid for and no one was there
The owner was the most self absorbed person ever
Instead of apologizing that no employee was there
I said this order has been placed the customer and the driver were out and she had the audacity to say well she wasn’t making any money from the store because the employee didn’t show up
That attitude tells all of the owners thoughts
No concern for the customer

They need more training. Just had one of the worst bowls made and served to me. I frequent this chain quite often. There was just one woman working today, I asked for a Large Everbowl, and she didn’t fill it up no where near to the top, she maybe got halfway and proceeded to hand me the lousy bowl. If you pay 15 dollars for a Large bowl you should receive 15 dollars worth of product, this was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and will make me think twice before coming here. Train your workers better please.

They charge you for every topping on a whatever bowl, unlike other locations I've been to. It seems they are a franchise so this one is doing it their own way, Imm not raally a fan. The service is slow because they only have 1 person on duty and My bowl was not filled up nearly as much as other locations, which I appreciate for making use of the whole bowl. So I paid more for less at this location. On top of this, you decide toppings first and then pay, then they make the bowl. Why? I like to see the options and add on and work together to make the bowl. Why are they trying to deviate from the norm here? It doesn't work and I spent more for less food.

I have been coming here for the last 5 years and I just went today with my family and i am so disappointed, seems like the servings sizes have decreased and the price went up. The granola was short on every bowl that we received and the worker didn’t even ask if we wanted any honey this was the worst experience coming here definitely will not be back

I went for the free bowl today. I came closer to 4 and they still had a line but was moving super fast. The young girl outside was very friendly and helped me out cause I was struggling with my app. Everybody was super friendly, nice and really clean inside. Great experience

I’ve had great experiences with everbowl! Their employees are very nice and fast. I usually do takeout and right when I arrive they have it ready. One of the best açaí’s i’ve ever tasted!
