My bison burger was pretty tasty but for the price, could've included fries or something. It was just the burger n everything else was added. Bison burger with bacon jam got me tho! My husband had a Italian chop salad n he liked it. Service was great. Our friends were an hour late due Sat traffic on the 5. Our server was attentive n super friendly. The tater tots were crispy n well seasoned.

Great service from Jaya! She was friendly and very helpful. This place is rather large. We were greeted warmly by the host upon arrival. There is a nice rooftop area with shade and a bar. The first floor has a bar as well with plenty of seating. Both my husband and I enjoyed our meals. I had Mahi Tacos and my husband had a Finney’s burger which he really enjoyed with sweet potato fries. They have one rotating draft cider which I enjoyed. We will be back.

I love that it's a scratch kitchen. No frozen food, all made in house. So much flavor and we found some creative items on the menu.

Two of the three staff members I had to deal with were super rude. Especially the manager Bella they overcharged me and then acted like they were doing me a favor. They brought out the wrong order and they were just rude. Food wasn’t great wouldn’t go back

We visited Finney’s on a Monday at noon. We were seated quickly by friendly staff on the upstairs patio. We had the chicken & waffles, the onion ring tower, and shared the Blonde beer. The appetizers were delicious, definitely recommend the chicken & waffles! Our server, Morgan, was super sweet and attentive. The bathrooms were clean. We would visit again! Thank you!

We had a party of 8 of the service was HORRIBLE. The server Charlie must have messed up on our order because 3 of us didn’t get our food. We proceeded to speak to the manager and she came with an attitude as well. She didn’t give us her name. I ordered wings and truffle fries and they came out cold and I was one of the last 3 to get our food. I told the server that the food was cold and she took the wings back and we asked to speak to the manager. The manager came to us with an attitude telling us we made her server cry and that we had an attitude. Then the manager kicked us out and told us she was going to call the cops. To top it all off when we tried to talk to the manager about the bill, she said I told you, you need to leave. Then was telling others that she took a picture of our motorcycles and if we don’t pay our bill she is going g yo give our information to the cops.
I also asked her who the general manager was and again she had and attitude and pretty much told the staff to have the same attitude, because they were all having attitudes with us and all we were trying to do was get some food and have a drink.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

For parties of 5+, this restaurant requires you to call ahead. We did exactly that. We called to reserve a table for 10 people (6 kids, 4 adults) because we were having a family dinner before my brother-in-law deploys, not a casual night out. We were told to come in 20 minutes and were explicitly assured our table would be reserved.

We arrived on time with hungry kids, only to be told that the manager, Frankie, had given our table away.

What made this experience truly awful wasn’t just losing the table, it was the complete lack of accountability. At no point were we warned that the reservation might not be honored. When I confronted the manager, his response was essentially deflecting blame onto his staff, saying something along the lines of “I’ll train my employees not to overpromise reservations,” which is ironic considering he was the one who gave the table away.

There was no apology, no ownership, no attempt to make things right. His demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional, and he appeared uncomfortable handling even basic confrontation. Frankly, it was shocking that someone with such poor communication and leadership skills is managing this establishment.

I informed him I’d be leaving a Yelp and Google review, and he genuinely did not care, which says everything.

This was terrible customer service from start to finish. Save yourself the frustration, especially if you’re dining with a large group or for an important occasion

Fannie’s CraftHouse was the perfect spot to end a short overnight work trip. The food was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was just as great. The rooftop was a must — such a fun vibe and a great way to unwind.

Special shoutout to our server who was in training — you did an excellent job! We didn’t catch your name, but your service truly stood out.

Overall, it was the perfect way to wrap up the trip before heading back home to the desert. We’ll definitely be back.

What a great find! My husband and I stumbled Upon This Place walking back to our hotel from disneyland, tired and hungry. We were warmly welcomed into the adorable little restaurant that look like they had so many beers on tap. The food was delicious, everything tastes so fresh and tasty. They have a Black Bean Salsa that is to die for. My husband and I ended up getting the tea stick egg rolls and the tri-tip taquitos. Highly recommend both. The drinks were delicious and weren't overpriced. Our server was awesome in kept checking on us to make sure we were okay. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area, it is literally right by Disneyland.

We had a blast here!
Family of four with two boys (19yo&21yo) and we all had fun even though it was busy.
Timing was a little slow but there was plenty to look at with the Rams game and other TV's.
Food was incredible. The A5 burger slapped. I had the fried chicken sandwich that was brined and fried to perfection on a bun that was soft as a cloud.
The truffle fries honestly were lacking but the beer selection made up for this.
So happy we stumbled in here since the Beer& Tacos place was packed. Can't wait to come back!
