Had order a brack buffet for our wedding rehearsal dinner. They were 35 minutes late arrogant that actually put them a hour behind because I paid almost $300 to have fresh tortillas made for all my guest. Well that didn’t happen. Over 90% of my group we given these cheap store bought tortillas that just came out of a bag. The other major screw up was I did not get the food I ordered. I had specific desserts picked due to the bride and groom favorites and they screwed that up too! I i was told that they would keep the buffet open be they were so late but I told him we had a tight schemed planned and they screwed that up too. The owner does not care, She only wants your money. I got a refund that was less that half the price I paid for. Then did not take any more calls. my fault was paying the balance the end. I wish they would have taken me to court for defrauding a vendor because they did not honor our contract. DO NO NOT ORDER A CATERED EVENT BECASE YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE WHEN THEY RUIN YOU EVENT. There in it for the money. Not taking car of their patrons. Buyer Beware.

If you’re looking for a fantastic catered special event or rehearsal dinner YOU NEED TO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Our rehearsal meal was a complete embarr’assment for me, my family and our VIP,s. The trouble started when I had to call and ask where was my food. We were almost done with rehearsal and our dinner was no where in sight and not even a phone call of an ETA. . They were over well over a half an hour late of our scheduled service time. This was before our first guest was able to start. But still, all the food was not ready! Because they should have been there an hour before to cook the food I ordered! The menu in our contract was not there. My guests were looking at me, like WTF? I paid almost $300 extra JUST for the display and food quality to have fresh tortillas made for this special party. But No, my contact, the gentleman with the tattoo on his neck, started loading the grill with these nasty bagged store bought tortillas. I asked where was the food I ordered. He said because they were late he wanted starting he wanted to using these. My fault for not flat out saying “hell no” but it kept going down hill. I said please start making what I ordered. He then asked the lady to make some fresh tortillas. It she could not keep up. Very few of my guest received fresh made tortillas. And this event was only 34 people ( including 4 kids). The food line stopped at least 3 times for 5-10 minutes in order for them to have the food made. They ran out of propane for another 10 minutes and this lead person kept telling me there was a leak. I felt the warm CO2 canister and asked another cook if they had more fuel. He ran over to the truck, put on the new canister and like magic, the stove lit. That would have been the end to everything if I had not stepped in, again. It was a complete hot mess. My friends came up to me laughing and asking why I had not gone off on the caters yet but this was my son’s wedding and I promised my wife too I would not go ballistic here. But it keeps going…. They also didn’t have the correct assortment of desserts the bride to be wanted. I’m stopping here because it’s too long already. The guy on site said he would give us an extra 35 minutes but it was too late. We had the evening alI scheduled out. They blew it! I did contacted the catering manager who said would contact the owner. Took then almost a week before anything even came to light. I was offered a 20% discount on the next party I would book. After this cluster F—k, I am expected to use them again? Getting a fair refund for what was not received at the event was all I really wanted. We have a written contract! They then offered me just a 50% refund on all the extras I contracted AND PAID FOR but not received according to our written contract. That’s great for them. We only had 34 guests on the list when I contacted them. We went over the menu, made changes, verified all details plus extras service and product I paid additional for, So that was done. That was when I was then told that I had to pay for a minimum of 50 people. That should have been the first thing out of her mouth to me. I asked if they would bring the disposable foil pans to take all the extra food and I was told no. I would need to provide anything that was needed to bring back the food I had purchased. 10% deposit with Final Payment only being excepted in cash or cashiers check. Just saying our experience. I’ve been in food service for over 50 years and never have I treated any of my customers like this but even worse is the I don’t care, I got paid policy by that some of the less honorable in the service industry follow. I did just get a few calls and It looks like this entire crap fest might actually be videotaped in its entirety by a few of the guests. Watch for a YouTube video if I can figure that stuff out. Hope this makes sense, I’m very tired but, with how we were treated, I am no where near done with this matter! We want to thank Fredia’s Tacos and their catering crew for making a once in a lifetime, special eve

This has become my favorite taqueria. Bug, ample dining room. You order your food and then line up to get it. (I would prefer being called up) Not they are worth waiting for. Tacos de cabeza are the best. They have huge quesadillas. What is unusual are their fruit drinks. I ordered mango and passion fruit. SOOoo good. The young lady taking our order was the best. But don't forget to ask for a side dish of sauteed onions and grilled jalapeno peppers.

Mr News Letter

So you are charging 3% credit card surcharge without informing customers beforehand?
And on top of that, you are also charging me the 3% for the amount I am tipping.
How is that fair?
This discourages me to tip.
