Starters
Empanadas
Shredded chicken, onions, hot pepper, garlic and seasoning inside a corn masa shell and deep-fried.
Lumpia
Ground beef sauteed with onions, cabbage, carrots, seasoning and soy sauce then wrapped and deep-fried.
Spam Roll
Sliced fried spam, rice, cucumber, and spicy mayo rolled in a seaweed wrapper.
Chicken Kelaguen
Chopped BBQ chicken mixed with lemon, green onions and hot pepper then chilled. Served with chips.
Bomb Fries
House fries topped with grilled onions, BBQ sauce, spicy mayo, and green onions.
Poke Nachos
Fried wonton chips topped with marinated Ahi tuna, spicy mayo and seaweed salad.

Patgon Special
Kids 12 and under. BBQ chicken or BBQ pork ribs served with 1 scoop of rice and salad.
Locals Deluxe
1 choice of meat and 1 lumpia paired with rice and green salad.

Chamorro Fried Rice
White rice, soy sauce, garlic, onions and 1 choice of meat. Meat choices: chicken, spam, Portuguese sausage. Beef or shrimp for an additional charge.
Guam Bomb
The plate of our homemade fries topped with BBQ chicken, grilled onions, melted cheese, our BBQ sauce, and spicy mayo.
Sweet & Spicy Chicken
Breaded crispy chicken cooked with garlic, onions, chili pepper, sesame oil, and our sweet soy chili sauce. Paired with rice. Served spicy.
Kadun Pika
Chicken simmered with onions, garlic, hot pepper, coconut milk, vinegar, and soy sauce. Served over rice.

A blend of familiar and unique taste experiences make this a good option if you are looking for something new. People I know from Guam also say they do a good job of recreating local favorites from there. Also some of the best poke I have found in San Diego.

I just recently heard the news that this establishment will be relocating to downtown Oceanside and I just had to give them a try again before they made the move.

Guahan Grill is a unique restaurant that serves cuisine from the island of Guam.
It is one of the more unique dining experiences in Oceanside and provides a menu that varies away from the typical pizza, tacos, and burgers.

The amazing Guahan Grill sponsored a team dinner for Team USA that competed in the 2025 ISA World Para Surfing Championship in Oceanside. Some of the athletes wanted seconds and thirds that had never tried Chamorro food before. White an incredible night thanks to Carlsky and Angelo!!...Thank you and Hafa Adai!!
