First time trying Handels already my favorite icecream place, ice cream is super yummy and server was really nice

Used to love this place seeing its walking distance to me, however this location seems to have gone downhill. Serving sizes in comparison to other locations are smaller and the last two times I’ve been here the ice cream sucked. Tonight I got a small mint Oreo… just finished and there was only ONE tiny piece of Oreo throughout the entire thing. The last time I came here I got a pint of chocolate peanut brownie, same issue again. One bite of brownie and the smallest chunk of peanut butter. Seems like in an effort to cut costs they’ve almost eliminated the mix ins. Save your money and drive down the road to Handel’s in Carlsbad, you’ll have the Handels experience you would expect every time.
