Harney Oceanside & Lounge

I got the culichi-wa roll super yummy and refreshing. Our first round of drinks came out super fast but second round took a min as they got a little bit busier. Sushi rolls came out really quick. Chicken items took a little bit longer but understandably so, we like our chicken fully cooked :) Overall food was delicious and the location was great as well. super close to parking.

We had an amazing experience at Harney! This has been one of my favorite spots in Oceanside for years. The food was delicious 😊 They do have a DJ that starts playing pretty loud music around 7:00.

Great place and fresh sushi. It also has cooked entrees. It is a lively place. The sushi rolls are a good size. Our Server was phenomenal! Parking can be rough but we got lucky and got Princess Parking. Definitely would recommend!

So much fun to go back to Oceanside and frequent Harney Sushi. We went 2 back to back Saturday nights! It's the best sushi in north county San Diego!!!

Great service, good choices for all sushi & japanese items. Like most restaurants, the echo of conversations is LOUD and EXTRA LOUD. Why cant classy places like this put sound deadening on the walls and ceiling? Sometimes I couldn't hear my daughter speaking across a 4 seat table. And forget listening to music in places like this. Otherwise, it's a great place with public parking a block away.

Been here 3 times and I have never been disappointed. The hand rolls and garlic edamame were very good. The DJ's selection of music was perfect and at the right volume for dinner.

Great food and ambience, however the vibe of our server could have been a bit more welcome and caring, she was a bit short and dry

There's a live DJ for the background entertainment. The service, food and value are good. I would definitely visit again.

The service was excellent. The rolls are always amazing. You have to try the bbq pork fried rice.

Service wasn't good our waitress bailed on us no one else served us until called manager very nice tried to help. Steak was very poor quality even the color was off sushi's was mushy and not good. Tempura and calamari was great. This place lacks training. They should dump the DJ music way too loud and focus on the quality of food and service. Also menus were sticky and dirty not a good sign. This place could be excellent with proper training. The manager was very helpful but is only one person can't be every way Easy fix with some attention to detail and focus

Hated the sushi, so sweet, poor quality, overpriced, gross. Orange chicken dish ok. Service pretty good. Ambience decent. Would not recommend, would never go back.

When I visited last year it looks nice and very clean. However, after visiting this year, I think it needs to improve bathroom cleanliness.

The sushi is amazing and never disappoints! We had sashimi, specialty rolls, mussels, seaweed salad, and calamari. All delicious. It ‘s always busy on weekends so the waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed but she and others were responsive and we were not in a rush. Will be back soon!

Service was amazing and food was delicious. Gyoza, edamame to start. The chefs special was a perfect choice.
