😎Relaxed craft beer and BBQ spot with that easy Oceanside energy. The kind of place you picture yourself walking to, meeting friends, and making part of their weekly routine.
👌🏽First thing I noticed was the vibe.
Friendly team like Dani & Anya ensure you have some tasty treats, a lively but laid back crowd and plenty of space to settle in whether it’s game day or a casual weeknight.
🍺🏈Great spot to watch sporting events or hang out any day of the week. They also run daily specials like half priced Wing Wednesdays, which adds to that local neighborhood feel you look for.
🍔🥟🥒What we ordered: • Brisket Wontons with smoked Wagyu brisket, ginger onion, and a spicy dipping sauce
• Hill Street Burger with house blend brisket patty, American cheese, thousand island, bacon jam, lettuce, tomato, and onion
• Turkey Club with smoked turkey, provolone, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, on a pretzel bun
• Korean Cucumbers
Everything was flavorful and well portioned without being overdone. 10/10

Its loud. However, the food was delicious. We had the queso for appetizer. We finished it. Portions are very good, we needed to take some home. Had the tri tip, very delicious. The bbq sandwich was a little dry but we asked for a side of bbq sauce. Overall, we would come back to try other menu items.

I usually take pictures of my food, especially when I order a special like the croque madame. But when it came to the table, it looked so disgusting I put my camera away. It was the top selection on the Specials menu so when it showed up at my table with a broken sauce and over done egg, I was highly disappointed!! I couldn't see where the burnt cheese stopped and the unrendered tri tip fat started. It was bad, so bad I couldn't eat it!!
My husband ordered a side of 'housemade' ranch with his onion rings and when we questioned the waitress about why it was curdled, she said it was supposed to be that way. Puke!! 🤢
I should have known it was going to be an all around bad experience when the waitress told us 'we're out of many things' at our lazy Saturday afternoon visit when I ordered a house beer.
This corner restaurant has been many things in the five years that I've lived here but it's never been good!!
Julia was rude and off-putting to my wife and me. We want to leave right away, but we stayed. The wait was 43 minutes and the meat was overcooked. We don't think we'll return. Every human should be treated with respect. Daniel is amazing though. He's the manager.

I have never left a google review in my life, this place made me change that. The food was undercooked, and took 1 1/2 hours to arrive to my table. The food was not prepared how we had asked (no dressing, etc) and items were forgotten. When the food was re ordered, we were told that the wait would be even longer. We had a 6pm reservation, and weren't taken to our seats until 6:20. I had to ask 3 separate servers over 45 minutes to get a glass of water. The servers were friendly, but the service was extraordinarily sub-par. If you are looking for a drink and some nice atmosphere, the bar serves well. However for a dinner with your family, I say save your money and the headache.

Main point; they need to decide whether they are a restaurant or nightclub. IMO, this is not a nightclub spot. Music/DJ was good but too loud to converse with table mates. Food was good but ran out of several items a certain beers. Tables and chairs were cheap; interior deco was weird but fireplace was a plus. Food selection was great but menus tattered. Really enjoyed the beer but they ran out of several types. Arcade good for families with kids but who would bring kids to the nightclub vibe? They could make it four stars if they turned down the music. Friendly and polite staff but it seemed like they were getting through the new opening operational issues.
