Last minute reservation idea and SO glad we dined at Hunter. Ordered the 16oz Rib-eye dinner then opted for their $13 split plate charge in order to share the steak with my spouse while each of got our own salad and two side dishes. A-May-Zing!! We asked for a table in Dina's section. We've dined a few times at Hunter and find she serve makes the experience that much more special. My wife ordered the twin lobster tails, and I ordered the Hunter-cut 20oz bone-in prime rib. The lobster was good but had a very slight fishy flavor like it wasn't as fresh as it could be. The butter served with the lobster was not fully clarified; it had some foam; my wife wished it was fully clarified. I ordered the prime rib medium-rare, as I like other cuts rare or blue rare, but understand that a prime rib roast is cooked to a minimum near medium-rare before slicing...

We are new to the area and wanted to celebrate our 27th anniversary. We booked a table and it asked if it was for a special occasion. Notified that it was but no mention of it at all while we were there! The food was good and in generous proportions.
