This place is legit! I'm mostly going in for the Bùn so I can't comment on the Phò. The spring rolls and peanut sauce is the best around (and I've tried a lot of them). The restaurant itself is nice and the staff are great! Sriracha on the tables (as it should be!)

Unbelievably delicious! Get the six fried egg rolls! Amazing!Edit:Things have changed here. Maybe a different ownership? Our egg rolls came out, used to be one piece of lettuce per eggroll so you could wrap it and plenty of mint. Now there was like two maybe three pieces for six rolls. A lot less mint.No soy sauce bottles on the table. No hot red chili pepper oil.And our waitress wrote the order on her hand, then forgot about it. After about half an hour we went and asked them to check on our order, and in about 5 min they brought out our 2 bowls of pho.Things have changed for sure.

In the back corner of an older strip mall, you’ll find this tasty Vietnamese place. One of the best dishes is the Spicy lemongrass chicken w/ rice.Family owned & operated.

Idk why the other reviews are so critical because this place was ??. Large portions, food was great, and service was fantastic, price was very reasonable. They were so accommodating for our large party. You could tell this is a family run business (mom and son as servers/cashier?).

The food was outstanding, quick, however, being only 1 of maybe 2 customers just after 11 am on a Wednesday, the staff constantly disappeared. I ordered the fried spring roll ( probably some of the best I have ever had, but be careful they come out HOT), and come to our surprise, they brought out 6 rolls on one plate. Initially, I just thought it was a generous serving. I ordered the #1 no Tripe, but there was still tripe in it... When our pho was served, our side vegetables were oddly served on a single plate... when it came time to pay the bill, it was, in fact two orders of spring rolls.. oh well, we ate them all! I just thought it was odd to share side vegetables for the Pho and the app. I also ordered an ice tea that never arrived and wasn't on the bill, we did end up ordering vietnamese coffee to go, which I am still sipping on... and did not disappoint. All in all, I want to go back to try the Ban MI. The big plus is that although it is not in a great area, the inside was immaculate and a great atmosphere. Be prepared to spend 25$ per person for an app, meal, and drink.

This is a Fantastic family owned, awesome food, very relaxing environment, better priced food for the same quality. This service is awesome, they are all extremely sweet and patient. I highly suggest trying this place out, if you’re a fan of Pho!

Today I had some problems with ordering online caused by the sudden intervention of Door Dash resulting in the food which was scheduled for pickup not being available at the time scheduled and unknown to the restaurant. Whether this is Door Dash or the online program I can't tell. However, the restaurant quickly prepared the food and then went out of their way to obtain a refund for previous online payment despite it not being their fault. This is contrary to the usual denial of responsibility and abandonment. The restaurant dealt directly with Door Dash and arranged for reimbursement. In addition to this personal customer relations, the food here is excellent and outstanding even among other good pho restaurants. The selections are numerous and take out is perfect as they have enough sense to not combine the noodles with the broth until they are brought home. I will certainly be back for more.

Surprisingly, I make chicken pho at home, so I had to try theirs at this restaurant to see how it compared, and it did not disappoint! The broth was as flavorful as mine! The aroma was intoxicating! Could've had a little more white chicken tho! It was so good, we came back 3 days later and tried the bun vermicelli with shrimp and pork, and the shaken beef!! Wow!! So happy to have found this wonderful little gem of a restaurant here in Oceanside. We don't have to drive to little Saigon in Westminster anymore! Gamun!

Best Vietnamese restaurant in oceanside/Vista area by far. Both the beef (briske+rare) and chicken pho were outstanding. Brisket was lean. Spring rolls very good too. Service was friendly and efficient. Easy parking.Bowls were a bit on the smaller side, but prices were quite reasonable.

What a great place for a bowl of pho! The service here is very fast! I ordered some crispy tofu for an appetizer and a main of pho and the tofu came to the table in under 5 minutes with the pho coming out as I was finishing the last couple of bites of tofu. The tofu was crispy and hot but not scalding my mouth! They served it with a sweet & sour sauce and have hoison and Sriracha sauce at the table which goes great with everything they serve. The pho was richly flavored and had a generous serving of rice noodles as well as a side plate of bean sprouts and veggies. The beef in the soup was wonderfully tender and the broth really had a nice flavor!I'll definitely be back next time I'm craving pho!

The BEST banh mi sandwich I've ever had. Bread was soft yet slight crunch, perfect French bread, the pork was meat, not just fatty cuts, and seasoned to perfection, the ingredients came together for a perfect flavor. The place is extremely clean, including impeccable bathrooms. And when you enter, you cross a small bridge with tropical greenery that gives you a calm that makes you want to sit and enjoy. Prices are extremely reasonable.(Photo is half size of sandwich since I already ate half).Vegetarian options: I believe since they making everything from scratch, you can adjust to your likings/needs.

If you're like me, you go to a restaurant to eat good food. That's why I like Annam. The pho here is among the best in north county. It was served as quickly, by an attentive and friendly server. The spring rolls were everything I wanted, packed with yummies, and dipped in peanut sauce three for$7 The price was very reasonable; I got a huge bowl of pho dac biet for 12.75 and left happy and full. Service fast and friendly Not too many people there for lunch on a Wednesday. True, it is not an elegant eatery. Tucked in a corner of an aging strip mall, the decor could best be described as Tired Asian, but it's clean, well kept, and the phood more than recompenses the adventurous eater.
