This location always forgetting items. I’m not driving 3 miles back for my missing fries and missing toppings that I ordered and paid for. And what’s up with the burnt hard bun? Do better people. I see that this location has several 1-3 stars with similar complaints.

Wait time in drive through was long.
edit: returning several years later, the speed of service has improved. The buns were burnt, and the fries seemed to be old. The employees were super polite and the restaurant was clean, even during the dinner rush.

Update: Return Visit a couple weeks later and disappointed that the bun came out hard around the edges again! What!? This time Alex provided excellent guest service. So I appreciate the team members who want to help. Sadly, managers don’t seem to care. In addition to the poor food experience again, I stood at the counter for several mins while team members and managers passed by me several times without even a greeting, including the gal waiting for people to pickup their orders. I finally had to ask her if anyone was going to take my order. Never experienced this at any IN&OUT Location. They’re always quick to greet you and ready to take your order as soon as you walk in the door. First time at this location and my burger bun was burnt and hard as a brick, especially around the entire edge of both top and bottom bun. I was so hungry and there were a lot of people waiting and I didn’t want to wait to have it remade. So pulled the burger out and ate without the bun. The other thing is the cheese and onions kept falling out even when it was still in the bun—sliding out. Anyway—shout out to Mateo who provided top notch guest service.
