Honestly, it seems like they just use frozen nuggets you can buy at the store for the boneless wings. In addition, they say it's curly fries, but I received soggy steak fries.

The first time or two I ordered smoked wings they were impeccable. I am a chef myself and specialize in smoking meats. I was so impressed with their light smoke and juicy wings I came back a few times. However the last 3 times I have ordered wings from here via Uber eats they just send out fried , dry, terrible tasteless wings. What happened? I called the restaurant and they barely even cared. They charge more for smoked wings and advertise as smoked but pass off a terrible fried mess. Shame on you guys for most likely scamming a multitude of people daily, with all the airbnbs around my town I’m sure you laugh all the way to the bank. What a horrid way to do business.

I ordered the food Texas full rack with Cole slaw and fries, the slaw was so dry I had to take a drink to get it down my throat. I didn't even get fries with my order, so I spent $23 for some ribs that are ok. Heating up some hot pockets.
This is a virtual brand for Chili’s restaurant wings. Bad wings and soggy fries. Massively underwhelming.

I just happened to find this Chili's the day it opened for inside dining. The staff was bustling and very attentive even though apparently a couple of servers didn't show. I ordered the $8 lunch and got something new to me: an avocado bacon cheese half sandwich with strawberry lemonade. Wow! so really good and plenty to fill me up. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in the neighborhood now that my daughter gave me a Chili's gift card for Mother's Day.
