Just came in for two drinks Carlos apparently did not hear us so we told him this was third time we have to repeat ourselves so he told us he would not serve us because we got annoyed from repeating the order straight says i will not serve you i never heard of an employee gets to decide who they goanna serve us or not the manager a lady did nothing to control or fix the situation well know here is a review as a reminder to do your job if you can’t handle serving people suggest you get another job Carlos is that how you talk to your mom ? I think Carlos needs some training before a formal complaint to the store arrives not everyone you come across just sits around some people take action something your store needs with this Sunday evening crew we could have forced you guys to serve us but we rather describe the event maybe next time i show up you guys do a better job .

Don't recommend every going after 11. Their hours are all over the place and never updated online. They also only ever have two people on staff so wait times are usually ten minutes if there isn't a line which there usually is if again, they're even open.

Order my food online, said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I knew it would be that plus the time I had to wait in the drive-thru if there was cars ahead once I got there. To my surprise it took over 30 minutes. It seem they had a call out or they didn’t staffed properly. Once I finally got my order a part of it was wrong and had to wait again. The lady at the window was trying her best, not sure if she was the manager. I would recommend turning off online orders if they are under staffed for the night so customers don’t have to wait this long and employees don’t get overwhelmed.

Stay Hard

Slow! Unbelievably slow! Drive thru late at night is around 7-10 minutes per car. If there are 6 cars that's an hour to get thru. Avoid late night drive thru at all costs!!!!

This is the third time in three weeks that I have stopped by here to pick up a snack and each time I have waited in line 10 minutes
Or more.
The young lady at the window is very pleasant and I have no complaints about her at all.
Why can you not have a pick up waiting area like some of the other drive-through’s have that way people will not be holding up the lines

Its cool that it's open 24 hours but when I pulled up to pick up a door dash order the employee told me it was closed. When I told him I'm picking up an order he said come to the window. Proceeds to take forever. I'm not sure what it is about the late night folk putting in these least amount of effort.

I recently visited Jack in the Box and tried to order the bacon potato wedges, only to be told they no longer serve them. I opted for curly fries with bacon and cheese instead, requesting a medium size. The staff member rudely responded that toppings only come in large, which I accepted. As I tried to continue my order, he quickly rattled off the price, even though I wasn't done. His attitude was short and unfriendly throughout the exchange. When I got home, I found six small pieces of bacon for an additional $0.50 and minimal cheese for another $1.10. For the price, I expected a bit more, and the customer service definitely didn’t help improve the experience. I understand rough days, but this left a sour impression.
