I went here and got 2 breakfast jacks and some fry’s food came out fast enough but when I get home to eat BOTH eggs on my sandwich had green spots and as I took it apart there was hair 😐 I’m just extremely disappointed I understand stuff happens BUT HAIR AND GREEN EGGS come on jack in the box do better-

The worse tacos i have ever had. The lettuce was 1 table spoon worth of wilted stuff, with 1 dolop of supposedly cheese, wrapped up in a greasy, hard corn tortilla. I am left wondering how much they paid for the great reviews 😕 🤔 I was sick to my stomach. I will never trust any Jack in the box again. A totally horrible experience.

Jordan greeted me in the drive thru when picking up my mobile order - he’s awesome! I love it when I see him at that window! Always smiling, making sure you have everything you would need! My food was hot, my service was great! Thanks again Jack in the box! You guys need to promote that employee or give him a raise!

Prices are obviously higher now. Value menu is pretty much non-existent. They are also charging for pickles on your sandwich. I recommend only going when you have coupons. But they have stopped putting out coupons as often because they don't want you to actually use them it appears.

Fatima, had absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I will not step foot in this location ever again. I asked for a simple exchange for food the same value I had paid for since my six year old was unhappy with the taste of the hamburger meat. Fatima had no care to make us a happy customer instead sent us on our way with a store phone number that no one answered when I asked for a corporate number, I confirmed if I was given the stores number or corporate and she confirmed it was for corporate. Such a huge waste of time over a $2.59 item when she could have just had proper customer service and accommodated our complaint.

I did a quick pick-up order outside the building and immediately got in line since there wasn't anyone in the line. When I got to the speaker, I was greeted with the customer service rep, laughing and talking with a coworker through the speaker. I let them know I had an order pick up, and they directed me to come to the window. I got to the window, and the employee working the window shoved the bag out the window, slamming the bag against the small opening instead of opening the window wider. Didn't ask if I needed anything else. I immediately turned around and walked away before I could ask for napkins. I probably won't be back to this location again. Definitely needs help with training at this location.
Parking: More than enough parking, I did not go inside, so I can not share how the dining area is here.
