⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Arely is that girl
We don’t usually write reviews, but this one is way overdue. Me (Anthony) and Joaquin come to this Jack in the Box on Oceanside Blvd & College religiously—late-night cravings, post-drive-thru therapy sessions, whatever—and honestly? Arely is the only reason we keep coming back.
She’s not just good at her job—she’s phenomenal. Always bubbly, friendly, fast, and just has this natural energy that makes the whole place feel less like fast food and more like somewhere you actually wanna be. We’ve dealt with the manager before and... yeah, we MUCH prefer Arely. No disrespect, but she just handles things better. Period.
She makes you feel seen, she gets the order right, and she manages to be super professional even when it’s late and she’s probably exhausted. Plus she’s cute as hell and has that glow that makes you smile back without even thinking.
Jack in the Box—if y’all know what’s good for you, you’ll do whatever it takes to keep her happy. Because for us, she’s the face of this location.
Give her her flowers. She deserves it.

I ordered delivery and did not receive all my food items. The store did not put all my items in the bag. I rely on delivery because I am disabled and could hardly walk. Therefore I am not able to go to the store to pick up any items they forgot to put in my bag. I have tried calling the store but they have not even answered their phone to resolve this issue. I have also went to the web site corporation and have filled out 3 complaints. On the web site it states that if need be they would have someone call me, and also also respond to my complaint via E-Mail. Nothing has been done to rectify the wrong that has been done to me. This is now becoming an ADA matter. In my complaints they have both my E-MAIL address and phone #. Therefore there in reason to put me off just because I can not walk to the store to be able to communicate to someone in person.

This location absolutely sucks. I have a problem with almost all of my orders. I order something as simple as a plain burger and they still manage to put mayo all over it. When i order french toast, They either give me the wrong sauce or the give no sauce everytime. The lack of english speaking staff is hard to order , they have mistaken my order enough times.

Today, 1/23/25 I ordered 2 tacos and a sourdough chicken sandwich. I have never had a taco that tasted so lousy. A picture is worth a thousand words, so see and believe.

More attention on drive thru then walk inns at least acknowledge and say I'll be right with you sir. I left after 10 minutes went down the street and enjoyed a delicious mexican breakfast burrito 🌯

I used to go go this jack in the box all the time because I worked only two blocks away. On Thanksgiving after work, I stopped here to get something to drink, and my car died and my phone was dead..I had no way to even charge my phone with my car dead. Since I just ate there and did eat there all the time I asked the girls in the front if they could please charge my phone behind the counter ( since all the outlets in the dinning area were covered ) and she said she didnt have an available outlet. Even though I could see 8 open ones ( not next to the register obviously ) she said she could not help me....it was Thanksgiving! My car was dead. I just ate there.... I could not believe it......I will go out of my way from now on to go the extra 2 miles to the next jack in the box or any other fast food from now on.
