One star because I have absolutely no idea what is wrong with this place. It constantly smells like a disgusting mix of chlorine and sweat. The area is barren inside and it’s an awkward, unorganized area where people just stand around listlessly while waiting for their food/drinks.
Also, on 2/23/25, I ordered via the app, knowing the store was open according to their advertised hours online and on their door. Imagine my surprise when I get there an hour and 45 minutes after they are meant to be up and running to find the doors locked, no one inside. Customer service support lines aren’t operational on weekends, apparently, and the info about the franchise owner is behind a $99 paywall, so it was all I could do to submit a Jamba Juice corporate survey requesting a $20 refund—this is ridiculous, and I better get that back. For them to accept online orders while being closed is a scam!
My MIL is in the hospital and we were trying to get her something to cheer her up, and now we have to call around asking who’s actually open and taking orders so we don’t risk losing more money. Insane. If the other location we’re currently headed to is better than this place, even by a slight margin, we are never coming here again.

Amanda keeps this store super clean, the shop is immaculate. We have a family member in the acute care facility and come often to fill his order. Amanda Knows the drill! She packs our take away drink in ice for the ride! What is so impressive is her kindness in asking about the patient’s wellness and that was so appreciated. Keep people like this in mind because they make us keep coming back for that type of service🥰Jim order Caribbean drink 🏝️ , Eve had the mango🥭 and I ordered the Peach!🍑

I went to Jamba Juice for the first time to find out they don’t actually sell juice! This is a smoothie place. Still 10/10 good smoothies, friendly, professional, quick customer service.

I’m disappointed to find that the hours advertised were not accurate. I arrived during the posted hours(7pm on a Wednesday), only to find that the store was not open but an employee was inside.
