I ordered a #8 mini. But i asked for peppered ham INSTEAD of regular ham. He said that for any swap of meat I would have to pay extra. I said no way, no other Jersey mikes have ever told me this I do this all the time! No issues! This was my first time at this location. I will never go back.
I asked ok then what sandwich has the peppered ham? He said the #4. I told him where is the number 4 on the menu? He said “it’s not on the menu”! What in the literal *****
So basically I got scammed. I’m not ordering anything extra, in fact I’m paying for the most expensive sandwich on the menu but yet he refuses to give me peppered ham instead of regular ham because he says there’s a “new rule”. Woww I will NEVER go back to this location. Liars and scammers.

I prefer Jersey Mike’s subs from all other sub restaurants because of the quality and options they offer. My friends and I ordered three different subs two different times. The first time all of our subs were missing toppings and after calling to notify the restaurant, they told us they would make us another order with a charge. After discussing the matter they offered to comp one sub but not the other two. I understand that mistakes do happen and sometimes attention to quality can be difficult if the restaurant is busy. The second time, again I ordered three subs and the same thing happened. At this point I don’t really want a refund or comped food, I would like to share with everyone how bad of a service this establishment delivers and their lack of attention to detail with customer satisfaction not in mind. The sub I ordered both times was a BLT/mikes way/jalapeños/chicken/parm bread.

Messed up my sandwich on two separate occasions, refused to fix it and lied saying it would cause “inventory issues” to add the lettuce and tomato. Both orders were so messed up it has to be intentional. Avoid this location and go to the one off el Camino real.

Btw the order was the #9 add peppers on rosemary parm, only got half the meat, cheese, and peppers on the wrong bread. They Got it wrong Twice.

Worst Jersey mikes around this is the second time they get our order wrong and the worst part is that they don’t even care they gave us wrong bread , ridiculous amount of mustard didn’t follow instructions at all zero -stars !!!

Visiting from Vegas. Holyyy what a difference. Ingredients were all so fresh and all the flavors were POPPIN. The quality was on another level. Workers were enjoyable. This showcases how a franchise should be managed. Jersey Mike's franchises in my area of Vegas need to take notes. The 2 in my area are fairly new and are subpar with terrible workers and bland products.

DIRTY! DO NOT EAT HERE! Saw a ROACH behind the counter went I went in to order a sandwich yesterday. Owner/Manager is rude. Avoid this place at all costs, we need to get them out of there.

The food was ok. The Buffalo chicken sub tasted like chemicals. The ham and provolone and tuna subs were fine though. There were no water cups or utensils in this restaurant. We asked the staff, and they said they didn't have any water cups. The only way to get water was to buy a soda cup. They also messed up our order a couple of times. When we asked about our Philly cheese steak bowl that was made into a sandwich the guy pointed to the receipt and told us that we ordered a sandwich. Unlike every other sandwich shop on this continent, they don't write sandwich names on the receipt or the wrapped sandwich bags. They use codes like R20. So as a customer we were expected to know that R20 or whatever it was represented a sandwich. They did make the bowl for us, but it was an awkward journey to get there. If you want water cups and don't want to have to decode your receipt, don't eat here. Find a normal sandwich shop.

The portobello mushroom sub sandwich was perfect. It came on a rosemary bun and was hot and fresh and very flavorful. The young ladies behind the counter were understanding to my requests for customizing my sub and were vey fast and efficient in preparing our food. The store was neat and clean (bathroom too) and the staff friendly. I always appreciate Jersey mike’s consistent product. I plan on revisiting this location.

Seems to be a reoccurrence with this jersey mikes employees… Always horrible customer service and attitudes.Walked in to the shop and waited to order at the counter. I was 1 of 2 people total in the restaurant. I waited 15-20 minutes and wasn’t so much as even greeted. The employee making sandwiches was still working on the order in front of me before I decided to just leave after waiting at least 15 minutes without so much as a “Hello”. A girl was working the girl at the time while the guy took his time making the to-go sandwiches and prioritized Delivery service orders.Teach your employees to at least acknowledge someone and let them know if there’s going to be a wait…Go to another other of their locations.
