We didn’t even eat here and are not from here, but they had our rental towed. We came to eat at Johnny Manana’s while my daughter was in labor and came out to our car towed. There’s no posted sign that says you will be towed. However Johnny Manana’s clearly has a sign. Now we’re having to pay $560 to get our vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Management should be paying for this since it’s not clearly marked.

Ordered a mikes Philly and swallowed a hard piece of plastic , got really upset and went up to the store to explain my experience and show manager or employee which ever one was there at the time that I had a plastic in my food to be told that it couldn’t be true so I decided to not eat the rest of the sandwich and it was a good thing I did because there was not 1 nor 2 pieces of plastic but 3 hard huge pieces of a condiment cap which I have no idea how any could’ve missed that here’s photos ……
And turned around the following week TODAY and my coworker ordered the same exact thing and had almost the same familiar experience … weird plastic item in Philly found in last picture

My mother in law brought me home her left over roast beef sandwich, I thought “oh how nice of her.” Then I took a bite and I thought it tasted sour. I am pregnant and was super hungry so I decided to keep eating it. After the 3rd bite I decided to open the sandwich and see what was wrong. Gross! The meat was discolored and grey. No wonder she gave me her leftovers. I will never be going here again. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’m not going to blame my mother in law since she was just trying to be nice and probably forgot why she had a half a sandwich in the first place.

I love me a Jersey Mike’s most any time. But this location has some serious issues! Ordered a roast beef sandwich and kept tasting an unusual sourness. Upon opening up my sandwich to take a look I could see that the roast beef looked a weird grey color. Then taking a smell of it I could tell distinctly that it was old and soured. Gross!!! Wasted $15.00 and ruined my lunch hour completely. Won’t be returning to this Jersey Mike’s . They seriously need an inspection from the Health Department.

I am a jersey mikes fan right now the sandwiches are so good and the selection is always nice to go through and sample between sandwiches. the portions are also giant and worth it in my opinion.

I was eating at Johnny mananas for 1 hour had my car parked behind johnnys, looked for my car, tow company said the jerseys manager called my car in. I looked and there was a faded (Jersey Mike’s parking) on the spot. Mind you it’s all one big lot so it’s confusing. Cost me $460 and ruined my night, leaving me stranded. Tow company said the owner does this a lot to customers mind you, and the owner replying to people on here says “we are not responsible for the actions of the strict towing companies” lol you call them and they come. An elderly lady got her car towed here as a customer. I went to ask them after if they called it in all they said was “we’re closed” looking at me like an alien. Moneyhungry, rude, and dismissive people. Food sucks too.

I’ll never be coming back to Jersey Mike’s again. Not only was the sandwich mediocre at best—sloppy, overpriced, and nothing special—but the way they treat their customers is even worse. While I was inside grabbing food, they had my car towed from the lot. Imagine paying for a soggy sub just to walk outside and find your vehicle gone.
It’s hard to enjoy any business when they clearly don’t care about people. Between the lousy food and the predatory towing, Jersey Mike’s is officially on my “never again” list. If you value your car (and your taste buds), do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Order placed at 1:58 online to be ready at 2:15. Got there at 2:20 and left by 2:35 because I cant use my whole lunch to wait for lunch. They hadn't even started on it yet. I know its busy but I swear people got there after me with later times and still got their sandwiches first.

When I walked in, the systems were down, but they quickly jumped into action, working together like an IT support team to get everything back up and running. Despite the challenge, they made sure orders were ready before closing. Great service and dedication—appreciate the effort!

I ordered a #8 mini. But i asked for peppered ham INSTEAD of regular ham. He said that for any swap of meat I would have to pay extra. I said no way, no other Jersey mikes have ever told me this I do this all the time! No issues! This was my first time at this location. I will never go back. I asked ok then what sandwich has the peppered ham? He said the #4. I told him where is the number 4 on the menu? He said “it’s not on the menu”! What in the literal ***** So basically I got scammed. I’m not ordering anything extra, in fact I’m paying for the most expensive sandwich on the menu but yet he refuses to give me peppered ham instead of regular ham because he says there’s a “new rule”. Woww I will NEVER go back to this location. Liars and scammers.
