I like them. One mini serves me for two meals.

When I compare this to the old grove store, I find this store and staff to be less friendly and sloppy with their sandwich prep. The sandwich prep area looks messy. Also I don't know if it's policy but I saw staff leave the bathroom and just put gloves on and not wash hands at the station. Behind the sandwich prep area. This store use to be in good shape 2 years ago but has gone down hill.

Ordered BLT, it weighed almost nothing. Barely any bacon or tomato. Basically a roll with shredded lettuce and very little bacon or tomato

I spend like 40 bucks on 2 combos, and honestly this food is great for the buck. Super healthy and super friendly amazing hard working people. I had a great time as my first time here! This place is such a treat, I love it! Amazing cooks 🥹 and kind people.

The manager at this location needs to work on their customer service skills. I’ve been working in the hospitality industry for 15 years now. My wife asked a simple menu question and the manager was very condescending towards my wife….totally unacceptable.

Ordered a Philly. They didn’t ask me what I wanted on it. The cashier rushed me to pay then told me to take a seat. I said wait I didn’t tell them what I want on it. She rudely said, typically you tell them when you order. I said well they didn’t typically ask. You rushed me to pay. So rude to make it seem like it was my mistake. I love the food but because of the rude service I will never eat there again, I’ll go to Another sub shop. And it looked like more than one person was making my sub. 3 people? Wonder if they did something to my food out of rudeness ?

I have bought twice at this restaurant and the truth is that both times I was disappointed. The food is very expensive and it doesn't taste very good, plus it has more bread than anything. I will never return to this restaurant and it is the first restaurant to receive this rating.

Always enjoy Jersey Mike's but our last 2 pickup orders were incorrect. We always order a chipotle chicken sandwich as one of our sandwiches and last time I received steak instead of chicken. This time we ended up getting the big kahuna or something of that sort with a bunch of mushrooms that I dont like. That said, from now I on I will know that I need to check my order before leaving rather than when I get home.

I don't like the staff. Period. Disrespectful staff on a Sunday. Placed an order, got laughed at my face. Got deployed twice and this is what I get??
