Amanda and team are amazing every time i come over for my order, they greet me every time with joy. They know the way I like my order without asking. Her whole team know the way I enjoy my order.

The manager at this location needs to work on their customer service skills. I’ve been working in the hospitality industry for 15 years now. My wife asked a simple menu question and the manager was very condescending towards my wife….totally unacceptable.

Ordered a Philly. They didn’t ask me what I wanted on it. The cashier rushed me to pay then told me to take a seat. I said wait I didn’t tell them what I want on it. She rudely said, typically you tell them when you order. I said well they didn’t typically ask. You rushed me to pay. So rude to make it seem like it was my mistake. I love the food but because of the rude service I will never eat there again, I’ll go to Another sub shop. And it looked like more than one person was making my sub. 3 people? Wonder if they did something to my food out of rudeness ?

I have bought twice at this restaurant and the truth is that both times I was disappointed. The food is very expensive and it doesn't taste very good, plus it has more bread than anything. I will never return to this restaurant and it is the first restaurant to receive this rating.

Always enjoy Jersey Mike's but our last 2 pickup orders were incorrect. We always order a chipotle chicken sandwich as one of our sandwiches and last time I received steak instead of chicken. This time we ended up getting the big kahuna or something of that sort with a bunch of mushrooms that I dont like. That said, from now I on I will know that I need to check my order before leaving rather than when I get home.

I don't like the staff. Period. Disrespectful staff on a Sunday. Placed an order, got laughed at my face. Got deployed twice and this is what I get??

Lady who claimed to be manager which I don’t know if was true was really rude. She said I was telling her how to her job for suggesting to give the customer a similar sweet tea they had order since I wa siding a DoorDash she did not want to give me order. I asked to speak to manager and she said it was her and that she would not give me any orders anymore even if customer approved substation. I asked for her name and she said don’t worry about it. It was a really chubby woman (just saying this so she can be identified). The other team members seem great and good energy they were trying to help me.

Usually do a hot sub but tried the Original Italian for a change and it was very yummy. Would definitely get one of those again.

Came in at 845 on a weekend and i was rejected. Mikes! Don't put your open till 9 and stop serving before. Employees just wanted to leave for the day. I will not be coming back to this location.

04/12/24 I stood there for 10 minutes until being helped there were three workers talking about a trip two of them doing absolutely nothing but talking, and she then asked if I was picking up or ordering and she said with an attitude that she was waiting on me to order and I could have said something. Not only was I not greeted when I came in it’s like I wasn’t even there for the whole ten minutes. I’m not the one getting paid to give the customer service this was very inappropriate.
