04/12/24 I stood there for 10 minutes until being helped there were three workers talking about a trip two of them doing absolutely nothing but talking, and she then asked if I was picking up or ordering and she said with an attitude that she was waiting on me to order and I could have said something. Not only was I not greeted when I came in it’s like I wasn’t even there for the whole ten minutes. I’m not the one getting paid to give the customer service this was very inappropriate.

Pretty nice location and always a bit busy but they're quick. Sandwiches are always good and people are nice. Be sure to get the #56 Big Kahuna Giant! Always a good choice and enough to have some the next day if you want.

I arrived to order a sandwich and the person did not place the order correctly, he does not pay attention, I called to ask for my refund and they only say that they will give you another one for free, I don't want it for free, I want my money on my card

Went into this Jersey Mike's for lunch today. I got to the cash register and noticed that I had forgotten my wallet. Before I left the parking lot the young lady who had made my sandwich brought it out to my car. I went home got my wallet and returned to the store. The kind young lady who made my sandwich refused to let me pay for it. The supervisor agreed and said next time. If you want friendly customer service a warm inviting environment and a tasty sandwich. Go to the Jersey Mike's on Oceanside Blvd suite 100. They'll take good care of you!!!

Came in at 1pm the lady who cuts the meat acts like she doesn't want to work. She was kinda cold and rude to me. She also wiped the counter with what seemed like a dirty rag.
Good food, good service, good music playing on the speaker. One of the go-tos when you want fast food on the healthier side.

Small location in a very busy parking lot. I love ordering from this location when I don't have anything prepped for my lunch on a work day. I'm not a deli meat kinda a gal but I do love tuna. Jersey Mike's tuna is clean and they don't mix onions in it. While a lot of people like them, I am one of those that don't. So it's nice to have a place I can get a good sandwich from. I usually call them 15-20 minutes before I need it. Sometimes when you call in an order, the person on the other end isn't so nice/friendly or helpful, not here. Every time I have called in, the person has always been friendly. Now a lot of times when people place orders to go, there's that chance they will mess it up. Every time, my order has been ready and done right. I'm a picky person so my order gets messed up often. When I get there to pick up my sandwich, there's been a few times that they're busy. But they've acknowledged me(and everyone else) when I walk in. Jersey Mike's if you see this review, please do t change the tuna on me.

Our sub was tasty and fresh and made better than expected. Loved the rosemary parmesan bread, it was amazing and will be our choice over regular white bread from now on. The staff was very attentive to our needs and concerns. This store touts double shore points on Tuesdays only. They just opened the store last week!
