Jacked up the price of a kids meal to $8.50, no longer offer the reusable cups, or even small cups with lids for kids. Go to the location on old grove by the lowes, kid’s meal is $2.25 cheaper and comes with an actual cup with a lid.

Last week we ordered 2 Giant sandwich's at approx 815pm and when my son returned home both were wrong. One sandwich had a sad face drawn and said ran out of white bread. We put all our info into ordering online for what? Instead we wait till we get home to see! There is a reason we had to have that bread. Our other sandwich had everything we asked not to have on the instructions!! 43 for sandwich's completely wrong! I call the next day and was told by the shift lead she was the one who made the sandwich and apologized for not calling or telling anyone, she then said well we are owned by a different company and are unable to remake without the bosses permission. This is upsetting for the fact that I paid 43 dollars for my order to be wrong and there is nothing they can do about it, she also said she would call back the next day after taking to the boss and here were a week later and nothing!

I bought a few sandwiches in the n. River in Oceanside location and it was exceptional service. The person that made my order Destiny was very sweet and looked so put together and clean. My sandwich was made just how I asked and was wrapped perfectly. I always appreciate going there. Will keep making drive to that location.

Got the #8 mikes way with extra meat, pickles and chipotle ranch. When I say extra meat they mean extra meat, wish I would have told them to hold on the sauce so I could save the other half, this was definitely two meals worth of food
I’ve been here a few times and the restaurant is always clean and the service friendly. They do offer a service discount.

We came around 5pm, and it was awesome. Everyone on staff was super friendly and accommodating. Very good experience, food was fantastic and very fresh. Dining room was very clean.

First time at this location, welcomed and order taken quickly. Only thing is the person taking order seemed impatient. Like you need to know what you want as soon as you walk in the door—no time to look over the menu! And seemed annoyed that I wanted to wait to be sure sandwich was made correct before coming to the register to pay. Otherwise, typical JM’s store…same quality food.

I know it’s hard to work, we all have to do it, but when I go in for a sandwich, I do expect some level of courtesy and respect. I didn’t feel that last time because the staff were upset before I walked in. The meat, bread and toppings are all fresh.
Order ahead is perfect to get exact order quickly. Loved the sandwich and convenient spot.

Possibly the worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant/fast food ever. Not even a hello. The lady who took my order was so unfriendly and rude, followed but the next lady who was also unfriendly. And the last lady working today 03/02/2025 at 1:30 pm. The other workers were just making other orders I presume. No thank you’s, just an unfriendly atmosphere and uncomfortable looks. Been here before with no issues. But I would not recommend. Do yourself favor and go to the subway up the street. They at least say hi
