I cannot say enough good things about Diante and how he runs this store. We placed a large catering order (over 400 sandwiches!) for a company event, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to go, even coming in to work at midnight the night before. He truly wanted to make sure everything was as easy for us as possible. He and his team were highly responsive and exceeded our expectations- even following up after the event to make sure everything went smoothly. If you have any event that you need catering for, you will not go wrong ordering from the 125 Old Grove Road location!

I ordered the No,2 on the menu, I forgot the name of it, something Italian. It's fresh and cool (NOT cold). It's good on Summer. I'd like to go Italy after eating it. She served it really quick.

Wonderful experience at this (and really all locations). We were going tailgating at Petco Park, picking up some sandwiches first. I ordered ahead of time and went in to wit for my order. I was expecting to wait since I placed the order like, two minutes before walking in. Anyway, they were already on it. To make conversation, they asked if I had any plans for the day. 'Just going downtown to do some tailgating. That's why we asked for no sauces.' They then offered to put the sauces on the side so we still had them but our sandwiches didn't get soggy on the way down. The sandwiches were great, somehow the service made them better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The guy working was great—possibly manager? Very friendly, welcoming, helpful. Appreciated his spirit! Club Sub was perfect. Rosemary bread 🥖 was soft, fresh, delicious as was the ham & turkey, and crisp bacon 🥓 like I like! Thank you.

This location’s team knows how to serve with hospitality and care. From the initial greeting when I walked in, to the delicious sandwich recommendation from the owner, it’s safe to say you won’t be disappointed when visiting here. Ugh. I think the young man's name was Mark. And who ever the manager was well was nothing less than awesome. They happened to run out of white bread. Who cares. They came out. Communicated the problem. Wheat bread is fine. Made a great carefully crafted sandwich. The girls who helped laughed it off. This is a well run store. Good job team. The owner should be proud of his hiring decisions. Yall did more than just make a sandwich.

Ordered for app based delivery. The sandwich was good. Ordered arrived on time and kneatly packaged.

I drive 1 mile more to Sprouts, fresher ingredients and $4.99 for a FULL sandwich as big or bigger! And tastes better.
Jerseys 2-3 TIMES more expensive. Why??

This is my favorite location of Jersey Mikes! The workers are so friendly and helpful especially this one Chaldean guy (forgot his name) The food is always so fresh and delicious as ever! Clean store aswell.

The girl slicing the meats on Sunday at around 3:30 slices up such minimal meat that it is like an intentional joke. This is the 3rd time I've experienced her slicing for my sandwich. If i go in there again and she is working the slicer I will leave. I will have to go to another JM' s where I have never encountered this problem. No wonder this place is always empty. I should have taken a pic of how pathetic my sandwich looked.
