I ordered the king crab. The shell was soft like paper. It could not be cracked. The tool was useless. The manager sent out scissors which worked well. I do not recommend king crab at Joes

Our server Matt was amazing!! The only downside is that we waited from 8:20 til 9:02 for a table then had to wait another hour for our food which didn't come out until 10:30. Food was amazing and so was our server just wish we had gotten seated earlier!

My favorite so far of the Joe's Crab Shack locations. The Crab Daddy Feast did not disappoint. I got the Ragin' Cajun sauce and it was delicious. Can't wait to go back again. Only wrinkle in the visit was that I had requested a window table with my reservation. The place was half empty and there was a window table open but the hostess sat us at a table with no view. She let us move to the window table though so we were happy. Out waitress was great and very attentive.

My wife and I ordered the same thing Snow crab with shrimp, red potatoes and sausage, and corn on the cob. when the meals came approximately a half hour later, my wife's plate had everything on it, Crab, three pieces of corn , 5 shrimp, sausage, red potatoes, and seasoned perfectly! My plate had Crab, only two pieces of corn , 4 shrimp, no sausage, and only a couple of red potatoes, I brought this to their attention and had to wait another 20 minutes before they brought me the sausage I complained but still had to pay full price, spending over $300 for my family's meals I expected a little bit better service as well, just saying 1 of 5 stars.

This was one of the worst restaurant meals I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating. The crabcakes were blobs of mushy tasteless breadcrumbs. I told the attendant, she sent me another, and it was worse. Beyond over-priced. I had a side salad, which was cold and crisp, but the ranch dressing was watered down. My friend had fish and chips that were greasy and all batter. Fries were soggy. So bad. So disappointing.

So we had guest from out of state and specifically picked an outdoor table for our reservation. Apparently, they either gave away our reservation or didn't really honor the reservations as they are made because they had no tables available anytime soon after our arrival. I don't understand what the point of picking outdoor (this as not a special request) but they had different options for that time slot and we picked outdoor. So that was a little bit annoying. We ended up sitting at a table by the window which was fine. The server was very attentive, everyone seemed to enjoy the food.

Cheryl is the all around best waitress you'll ever have ! She makes the experience a 10/10 ! The food is delicious, very reasonably priced. We genuinely love stopping in at Joe's Crab Shack in O'side ! Thank you everyone, but specifically Cheryl, for the great experience !!!

The service was dispointing. Our waiter took a break in the middle of our service. At times I didn't know who was our waiter was. Only checked on us once. I had to ask for the check and boxes. It took for ever to get our check and boxes.
Salad was brown. 2 steaks couldnt get it medium. Ki wont be back.

Chain restaurant with a great atmosphere, lots of great decor, a really good menu with some great seafood baskets. It's overlooking the marina and occasionally a sea lion swimming around or chilling on the deck, enjoying the sunshine.

Coconut shrimp barely hot! Soup was barely warm! Waitress tried to slide in an extra wine bill! Then made a lame excuse! Not going back to this one !
