I had the clam chowder which was delicious. However, you must really like a lot of potatoes and clam chowder to enjoy this. The service was good. We also have the cooked shrimp dish as an appetizer. What you really paying for is the view in the ambience of being near the ocean
This was a nice place! My kids had lobster tails, the hubby had fish & chips and I had fish tacos. The tacos were delicious! Lobster was yummy too! Pretty good fish & chips. We weren't a fan of the crab cake though. And it took quite awhile to get our food. We would definitely come back 😁
We must have been sitting under the air conditioning because it was extremely cold. It was so cold that the food came out cold. We had very poor service. It was slow and it was hard to flag down a server. It was my cousin‘s 77th birthday party and a Party of 10. She ordered cake and they couldn't find a candle. I love Joe's crab shack in Pacific Beach and wet there all the time. I've also enjoyed the one in Newport Beach. That's why I planned a birthday party...
