Amazing Chinese food! Great dim sum and family style meals! My parents are from Taiwan and said this was very authentic. Growing up in OC, I had limited exposure to some of the less popular Chinese foods, but Joyee had them all! My dad loved it and it was all delicious. Even the stuff I haven't tried before.

The best buns and dumplings I’ve ever had. Wow!!! This place has INCREDIBLE food!! It’s tucked away in the corner, so I really hope more people get a chance to try Joyees!
The man at the front desk gave me a ton of their sauces and a little bowl to make my own in.

Finally got around to trying Joyee's for the very first time. I was excited to see a new dumpling house open up in the vicinity that actually had a few more vegetarian based options, something that for some unknown reason is hard to find around here. The meal started off on the wrong foot, however, with literally the worst classic milk tea boba drink I think I've ever had in my life, and that's saying quite a bit. The boba tasted days old (I'm sure it was) and the milk tea wasn't much better. The overall drink tasted, well, just not pleasant. I was hoping that was a fluke but upon getting home the meal wasn't much better. I did think the chive and egg dumplings were okay but the tofu in brown sauce really was really nothing I'd ever brag about nor want again, and even the white rice tasted like it had been sitting around for days, now hardened with a yellowy tint. I try to be open with new food establishments, usually giving them 2 shots before I say "never again", but this one was poor enough that I wouldn't waste my time or money on a second trial. Speaking of which, at a $50 price point take out meal for 2 people, I wouldn't even want this for half the amount. Kung Fu Noodle is waaay better so I'd encourage checking them out instead if you haven't already done so but I really do wish they'd expand their menu.

Ordered orange chicken, pork and green onion buns, pork and chive dumplings, cucumbers, bok choy, and eggplant with brown sauce. I can’t recommend this place more! My whole family enjoyed everything! Super friendly staff, quick service, and delicious food!
