My wife and I wanted some food after a hard day of work. Drove past this KFC and decided we wanted to get food from them. However, we did not get to have our food and had our money stolen.
Staff was shady and would not give us our receipts. When ask to issue a refund they denied having charged us and said that it was declined.
My wife and I will not bring giving any patronage to this or any KFC location for the foreseeable future.

Second time here food is never fresh. Placed an order online as I was parked outside once it said ready for pick up I went to get it food was all cold. The lady inside argued told me she made it awhile ago and was sitting for pick up I said how can thta be when the app said ready for pick up and I went in the second jt told me. She sounded upset and didn’t even give me my sauces. Ridiculous second time I came and food wasn’t even fresh I gave them the whole bag and asked for fresh food and she got mad.

Ordered on door dash and they decided to take over 45mins to make and complete my order. I had three different drivers show up and leave because they told them to wait with no explanation. I spent over $50 and for what? Not good food or fast service. I will never eat here again and I will make sure no one else makes the same mistake I did. Do NOT order from here either whether dinning in or getting delivery. I only write reviews when needed and this was definitely needed.

I will definitely come back here. We ordered the Chicken strips combo and the chicken sandwich nugget combo. Cooked perfectly, tender, and juicy. Even though we took a moment to decide what we wanted the staff never made us feel rushed. Super friendly very clean. They keep their dinning room tables washed unlike most fast food places.

Yall keep forgetting the honey ive gotten kfc two times in the past month and both times yall didnt add honey even tho i ordered the family pack and its weird when ive been coming here for years and yall used to always add the honey without asking is there a new policy or new management bc i dont like it and im not coming here anymore if yall aint gonna provide honey with ur biscuits anymore

The most horrible food I have m ever had. I ordered original chicken, but got something that was cooked more then twice, burnt with old oil very bad taste. Biscuit was hard as a rock and old sogy 🍟 fries. Order taker couldn't get it right. Server at a window was exchanging boxes while trying to figure out the order. Never ever go there. I was hungry, but never again. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE.

The worst KFC food I have ever tasted I actually paid extra for for doordash to bring it to me the driver was awesome the food was the worst I've never had a biscuit so hard four pieces of chicken really I've been all across this country and that is the worst famous bowl I have ever had I will never go back here or order from here again I feel bad for the driver that brought me that bowl of garbage KFC you should be ashamed of yourself fire everybody hire a whole new crew you're doing it wrong and it wasn't the delivery driver that game straight from the restaurant that way called nasty four pieces of chicken bites hard biscuit like rock hard I work for KFC when I was a kid I ain't never seen nothing like that garbage what is happen to KFC it's not what I remembered I bring back the colonel original colonel dankness heat my warning public do not order or go to this restaurant at least the one that's attached to this post absolutely terrible I want my money back but I doubt that's going to happen I won't even give it a one-star review
Food was not freshly prepared. KFC in Carlsbad was 100% better. That's why I wanted the chicken tenders. Absolutely much better prepared in the Carlsbad KFC. I will never return to the Oceanside

They asked me to wait in a parking spot once I went through the drive thru and paid, then completely forgot about me I wonder if I didn’t go in to ask where my food was if I would even get anything. They didn’t even check to see what was in my order
