Fun taproom with a hidden bar in the back + pinball
Great beer, great music and great atmosphere. Must have is the Pineapple Coconut Blonde!
Kilowatt Brewing in Oceanside was the perfect spot for a night out while we were camping nearby!
We stopped in before our reservation at a local speakeasy and enjoyed trying some of their beers and sours at the bar. The selection was impressive, and the flavors did not disappoint. The vibes were relaxed and inviting, and the staff was super friendly, making it a great experience overall.
We can’t wait to come back soon and try more of what they have on tap!
Had a great time here. The vibe is definitely a selling point….lots of neon, lots of lights, great music!
Location can’t be best, on the main drag of Oceanside near the Seabird Resort and plenty of restaurants.
Monday they have a $8.50 pitched deal which is a steal…would highly recommend the Pineapple Coconut Blonde.
Bartender was awesome and gave some samples to make sure the beers landed where they should. Happy to cross this one off the bucket list and would recommend for any beer lover, there is also a speakeasy upstairs!
We loved it here!! The atmosphere was fun, food tasty and beer delicious! Our beertender (wish we got his name) was great, provided us with samples that were all delicious... coconut pineapple blonde and guava ipa were our favorite. A perfect post beach stop for those wanting a chill, reminiscent and entertaining experience, with a side of pork tacos and seaweed salad.
Love the atmosphere, decor and games!! The drinks were not our favorite but they do have a pretty decent selection to try from. However also bummer they charge so much money for tasters. I would get that more if the drinks were common but we’ve never heard of any of them.
Somewhat like being inside a pinball machine, lots of blinking, flashing, pulsating lights. Beer was ok, much better options around town. Lots of eye/hand coordination games, some built into the walls. Friendly bartender. Secret room in the back. Overall enjoyable, but seems like it's for tourists/college students. We walked over from the Thursday Sunset Market, since there are no beer booths at the market, to check it out.
This brewery has great curb appeal, but I found that, that is all that it had. The beers that we had were decent, but nothing special. Half of the brewery was a speak easy and was closed until the night, so that was a bit disappointing. What initially peaked our interest was the decor and vibe, so we got excited to play a bunch of retro games but every single one we played was missing pieces or had some defect, so the trip was a bit of a let down.
Terrible service do not go here
Excellent vibes and service. They have a decent variety of drinks and slushies as well, so everyone was able to find something they liked.

Kensy helped me. BEST EXPERIENCE. So many awesome beers. Wonderful environment. Dope music. Please check this place out
Super fun place and great beer!
Very unique tasting room that we happened upon, I couldn’t help myself and went in for a quick taste. The beertender was super friendly, the music was reminiscent of my high school days and the beer, incredible. I had the Christmas ale, it reminded me of Phoestivus, a seasonal beer in Phoenix AZ.
Kenzi was our favorite. So welcoming. Beers were delicious but for real the five stars is for Kenzi because your bartender is the face of your place and she killed it.
