I really recommend this place!! The food here is amazing, and the people are just so sweet. My boyfriend came here a little close to closing time, and they were more than happy to have us stay later than their closing time. I guess it happened to be one of the staff's birthday, and the staff came over to give us some of the treat they were sharing. Very kind and thoughtful people!

I ordered 3 orders of teriyaki chicken, 1 order of pork ribs and an order of spicy pig belly. What did I get when I opened the bag at home? The pork belly replaced with an order of teriyaki chicken without my knowledge. But before I left, I noticed something strange. The decor didn't match what they're advertising. If you're promoting yourself as Korean, why display art of unrelated cultures on the walls that have no connection to Korea or Korean BBQ's history? Then the answer showed up as a couple entering, not speaking Korean, but what sounded like Mandarin. And their comfort level showed that they knew the key employees. So I had to give a second look at the two employees who wore masks over their faces. Something was offputting about them, until I started paying close attention to their physical structure. The young girl, I couldn't discern her makeup other than she's mostly American. She wasn't the problem. The problem was the older lady. To keep this from being a novel, to sum it up, it gives vibes of a Chinese shop masquerading as Korean. Never coming back here again. So if you want authentic Korean food, I'd suggest taking the drive down to the Kearny Mesa area.

I came here with husband and 2 friends one Friday evening and were seated without a wait. Unlike many other ayce Korean bbq places where servers take your meat order, this was in a serve yourself at a buffet of raw meats and seafoods. They also had a wide variety of side dishes which were also serve yourself. The staff working there were friendly and it was a good time. The price is fair though they didn't have some of my favorites like cow tongue or pork cheek.

Food was NOT "Korean " flavored. Nothing tasted authentically seasoned. Banchan is very important and accompanies the BBQ experience. It was very bland. Will not return.

As an ethnic Korean who has been brought up with Korean food, I've decided I won't be revisiting this restaurant. While the range of meats was acceptable, the offering of miso soup left me puzzled – it felt misplaced in what's marketed as a Korean establishment. The absence of traditional stews like kimchi jjigae or doenjang jjigae, along with the expected green onion salad for the brisket, was particularly noticeable. Furthermore, the quality of banchan (side dishes) left much to be desired, especially the kimchi, which was far from authentic. On a positive note, the service was attentive, which was appreciated. However, I also observed a lack of Korean staff, leaving me with unanswered questions about the authenticity of the experience. It's disheartening to think that newcomers to Korean cuisine might accept this as the standard for Korean BBQ.

I stopped eating meat many years ago for several reasons. However I allow myself Korean BBQ once a year. This is the place I come once year to eat meat.

Simple, yet great choices. Attentive service and prompt grill changes. Lunch is my go to for a cheaper option but still great choices and a quiet atmosphere.

This was a random treasure find! The food is super good and super fresh! They are constantly changing out the meats and veggies. They keep each table super clean and will change out the burners immediately, if they notice they are getting too done. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The sugar donuts are a personal favorite as well as the bulgogi beef. This is a regular spot for my family.

Really recommend this place! They have a salad bar for the meat and they always replace the meat if it's been out there for 10 minutes. They also have a big thing of bowls, chili, ketchup and mustard because they also have hot dog meat cut up. They also have a really nice grill that you can switch out if it gets dirty. When the check comes but I don't know if it was from Valentine's Day but they give you candy. they have a button that you can press exactly on 10 seconds and you get a free meal the next time you go. One of the workers helped me get some of the donut balls and sesame balls so I don't burn my self.

This is a less than average k bbq restaurant. They only have all you can eat and it's buffet style. The shrimp is frozen and not cleaned. I don't mind the shell but at least get rid of the poop line! Impossible to clean once cooked. The banchan sides do not seem fresh - the kimchi looked sad. Not much service and they tack on an automatic 20% tip. The sesame balls and fried dough were good. The ice cream station is by the front door - we didn't notice it until we were leaving.
