My mother and I who own a business & work in the shopping center frequently go to L&L BBQ as we like to support our local businesses in the shopping center. We went in to order today and the counter girl Tea was being pretty rude to us and had an extremely poor attitude. She wouldn't fulfill our requests because according to her "it's too much work for the cooks." If it's extra work she could just charge us for it but she didn't even give us that option. We let her know that her attitude was poor, and she was making us uncomfortable. She immediately voided our transaction, claimed she has the right to refuse anyone, and started arguing with us and raising her voice at us. This is the 3rd time Tea has been extremely rude to us. We are sad to say we will never be eating here again due to our distasteful experience.

The perfect spot for catering any party! I've used this specific L & L location many times over the years for parties. They are so friendly and helpful getting the order exactly right. A couple of family members have food allergies, and L&L has always been so accommodating. They have always met timelines and also offer delivery to the event which is so nice. Crystal and her team are truly all-stars. She really treats you like family when you work with her. The food is amazing too. Don't forget to add on some lumpia because it's very authentic and delicious. I will always support this business for how well they've treated my family and I over the years. Mahalo!

I was very disappointed with my Katsu chicken-the chicken was very overcooked and the crust was rock hard. The best part of my meal was the warm rice. This was my first time using delivery, next time I will walk in.

The garlic shrimp wasn't authentic to hawaiian cooking. It's small cocktail shrimp cooked in garlic. It's best when the shrimp has the shell on. Very much disliked it.

I wanted to thank Crystal and the staff. They provided the most outstanding service. I had requested a last-minute same within the hour mini catering order. They under my desperate last-minute needs. They went over and beyond. Down to the time I requested. Once I got to the location, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. My order was hot and ready with no delay. This was done even with them servicing other customers' orders. They made sure everything was ready and packed. They provided condiments and utensils. They vibe was beautiful with music in the background. The staff was well groomed. The inside was clean. I will definitely be going to them again. They also offer desserts as well. I throw that in with my order. I was able to surprise my husband. The food was so flavorful and delicious. Everything was fresh and tastful. Again, I wanted to thank the whole staff for making today easy for me

I've had great Hawaiian food. This was just okay. I loved the macaroni salad. I got the BBQ chicken. It had good flavor, but was stacked atop of A LOT of cabbage- giving the illusion of more food. This place satisfied my cravings, but I ultimately felt it wasn't worth the price, especially since they don't offer a combo plate with two different meats. Service was casual, not unwelcoming but not welcoming either. I enjoyed my food for the most but but not sure I'd come again.

This restaurant is a very clean counter service Takeaway or dine in situation. The service was friendly and took the time to explain their most popular dishes, which I appreciated. My partner and I both had barbecue plates, which were pretty good. The mac & cheese is pretty bad though. The chicken, rice, and other meats were all very good though.
