There is a sign out front that says something about being open by appointment or phone orders, but I haven't been in a position to call them in advance.

Says vegan food. I drove down from murrieta with my mom and my mom was told they don't have vegan options!?! Did u stop serving vegan food! I'm confused. Why does it say vegan on yelp?

Just had dinner for the first time here and it was EPIC! Leif is a sweetheart and so gracious. We enjoyed every bite and every sip and we'll be back really soon (maybe tomorrow ). You can literally taste the love, care and passion! Thank you again, Leif!

So yummy! It's in the back of the pawn shop parking lot, a little hard to find. I was treated with kindness and would recommend this to anyone vegan or nonvegan alike! I have been craving asada tacos that are plant based and I finally found the place!

Delicious!! We just recently went plant based a few months ago and have been struggling to find something to satisfy the asada cravings. Our favorite was the Carne Asada Fries and Strawberry Agua Fresca!Our gps didn't take us to the correct spot so we had to call twice for directions! He was super sweet and helpful! We forgot to ask if they had salsa, so that is something we'll have to find out on our next visit!

A hidden gem. Literally. It's tucked away off of Coast Highway in a parking lot. Whether you are vegan or not, I'd recommend this to anyone. The menu is simple but delicious. I couldn't believe how the "meat" really looked like meat.

AMAZING!! I came here all the way from Palm Springs with my non-vegan boyfriend. He got asada fries (not pictured) and I got asada fries with no guac & no sour cream and horchata. It was bomb!! My boyfriend even said "it's better than the real ones." The horchata was superrr good too!! Probably one of the best I've ever had. We absolutely highly recommend this place. 10/10!! I can't wait to go back to try the tacos & taquitos

Who knew food whipped up in a tent could be so good! We ordered the carne asada nachos and carne asada tacos and they were so delicious. The cheese is vegan and you could never tell. Life made us this delicious horchata drink that we couldn't get enough of. This place is doing so well it's going to expand, so look past the tent and give this place a try even if you're not vegan.

We stopped here on our way to San Diego. It's hard to find good, wholesome plant based vegan foods. This place is amazing! I only wish he were close to where we live! Very friendly, down to earth guy who makes soon to be world famous asada... Stop here and support this small business, you won't be sorry. we need more like him.

This is a great little spot with an awesome staff. Been a local to Oceanside all my life and finally we have some vegan authentic Mexican food!! Leif is an awesome dude and makes some pretty killer food. If you are in Oceanside and like tacos or most importantly carne asada fries this is the spot to go!!

I was excited to try a new vegan vendor in North County. They are located on Pacific Coast Highway, tucked away in the parking lot shared with the pawn shop. The staff was friendly and the options are pretty much tacos or fries- all with carne asada. The portion size seemed small for the value on the loaded fries. Very limited portion of the fries. I bought this for my husband and only took a few bites to try it. The carne asada had the right appearance of its meat counterpart but a little bland, in my opinion. My hubby said the fries were good but he too thought the portion size was small for the cost. Im glad for another vegan option, I'll have to try their tacos on another trip. I don't think the value for the carne asada fries is worth it.
