My son and I were visiting Oceanside, California from Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Lighthouse Oyster Bar and Grill was the first restaurant we attended once we got into town. Our server named Chuy was very attentive and answered all of our questions. We started out sitting at the stool bar top overlooking the harbor. Had a great Friday evening here with a friend, the views and atmosphere were immaculate! I had the ceviche and clam chowder and my friend regularly comes here for the oysters. The staff was very friendly and service was great. Would definitely come back again or bring people visiting from out of town.
Food was excellent. We had oysters on the half shell, oysters Rockefeller, fried calamari to start. Oysters were fresh and came with great sauces. Party had surf n turf, with a perfectly cooked steak and a perfectly cooked lobster tail. Fettuccine Alfredo with mixed seafood. Luis' Especial. Fishermans fry. Everyone agreed the food was amazing and looked forward to coming again.
