Buyer beware. If you order a delivery thru GrubHub from this location and your order isn't correct, the business will blame the delivery driver. You will not be reimbursed for anything you didn't receive and they will have you jumping thru hoops to try to fix your problem. I was told by the manager they can't issue refunds and he gave me a number to call but no one answers or calls back. Stay away from this place!!! I made a report with the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable.

I called in a take out order, which ended up taking way longer than it should've because they didn't answer the phone for about 10 minutes. The guy who took my order had a bad attitude and was short with me and didn't understand what I was asking him or just didn't care enough about.Finally, pick up the pizza and it was sub par at best

I will never go to this location again. The customer service was terrible.. I stopped to get a pizza before my sons practice and I was not prepared for the people or employees.. The pizza wasn’t even cut so that was a mess..

Was surprised when a prompt came up for tip after ordering since in my opinion this is fast food. More surprised when they handed my pizza n ran to the back without offering napkins or peppers because I didn't tip. Didn't even give me a chance to ask. Haha this place use to be a deal now it's just not worth the hassle. Soon people are going to want a tip for ordering anything from a big Mac to something on the internet. Good luck with these extraordinary expectations.

Avoid! Sauce is rancid!They aren’t pulling the other sauces, so especially avoid them the next few days/weeks. I called immediately when we got home and unfortunately my daughter ate a bite and said mommy it tastes really bad. They said the rest ‘look fine’ even though mine smells bad and tasted super acidly like sat out days rancid acidy. Clumps in liquid. So it doesn’t even look ok. I didn’t think to check it before leaving the store, but wish I had. I asked him to please taste one and he said they look fine. Why not open one, smell it, taste it, to avoid selling more rancid sauce to other customers. Nope. No offer of a new sauce, nada.Unfortunately the pizza wasn’t good either. We love little Caesar’s, kids’ favorite pizza place, this location, however continues to have poor customer, quality reflects this as well. I wish something would be done about this. The worker told me September they got new management but obviously that didn’t fix whatever is messing up quality. Should have drove the extra few miles to another location. We were strapped for time and daughter had bloodwork which required fasting and appt lasted a long time so she was hungry and this was the closest location to us. Never again. Goodness 3rd mishap on their end NOT a charm.Why did I give this location another opportunity to disappoint.I’ve yet to get a good pizza from this place. Burnt one time a year ago and they wouldn’t refund because I ‘should have viewed it before leaving’. So I now request to see the pizza before I leave, i feel silly having to do it, but management said I must if I want anything corrected. Hubby, not realizing THIS was the bad location, got pizza here and it was cold and seemingly reheated multiple times. Chewy, we tossed it because management wouldn’t take it back. Under new management, got thick crust was doughy, I couldn’t tell looking at it before to leave, it looked ok, but was so doughy we thought it was a thick layer of cheese, tasted it’d nope, dough. No answer at store.This time, as I explained situation, guy at store even said sept they got new management and if there’s issue, he said store will ask to send photos for refund no problem. Well I called. No solution. I just want them to pull the rancid sauce so others don’t waste their money. I’m afraid the same sauce is on the pizzas because the pizza wasn’t good, a couple bites and grossed out.

The store said the rest 'look fine' but wouldn't even open one to smell one or taste one, it's Clumps in standing liquid, so it doesn't even look ok. Unopened you really can't tell, but if they'd just open one they'd smell it immediately and if they tasted it, they'd be just as grossed out as we are. It needs to be tossed! It's like it sat out days rancid acidy gross. I didn't think to check it before leaving the store, never crossed my mind to, but wish I had. I have ranch but pizza tasted bad so two bites in I was too grossed out to attempt more. Plus what if they used rancid sauce on the pizza side, not worth the risk. We love little Caesar's, it's the kids' favorite pizza place, this location, however continues to have poor customer service and the major lack of quality reflects this as well.
