Ordered shrimp and lobster fettuccine through Doordash and received raw shrimp in my food, almost as if they had attempted to cook the shrimp in the already prepared food. I ate about 3 bites before I realized I was eating raw shrimp, never going to order from here again.

Don’t do it!!! Don’t order their food. We ordered delivery and the order of salad was brown, the Alfredo was cold and in 1 big lump. We have tried to call them to address but there is no phone number listed anywhere!So disgusting ?

I am not picky. I will almost eat anything. Yet the meal that was just deliver was basically inedible. The salads had no dressing. The pasta was dry and crusty on the edges. And the meatballs couldn’t be cut in half with a metal fork and butter knife. We ended up nibbling on the wet pasta and some of the chicken parm. Seriously the worst meal I’ve ever had delivered.

Just a really bad First and only experience. Spending $70 on lunch isn’t something I do regularly but I was wanting Italian and this place popped up. Apparently DoorDash only publishes the “good reviews” which is infuriating in itself. Order 2 spaghetti, 2 chicken Alfredo, a chicken parm and some macaroni and cheese. The Mac had less flavor than boxed Mac and cheese, my husband who will eat anything said it was “ok”. My spaghetti loving little girl said “it tastes weird” and gave up after a few bites, my boys didn’t even want to try the Alfredo based off of appearances; the noodles look dry and there was minimal sauce. I tried a bite and the sauce left a LOT to be desired. Extremely bland and just unappealing. I still was holding out hope on my chicken parm… I ate a couple of bites of noodles and 2 bites of chicken. It was very artificial tasting and the aftertaste was horrible. Never again

So I ordered from this place off of Uber eats and the food was disgusting and nasty. I ordered the chicken parmesan and when I opened the box the smell was odious I didn't know whether it was the cheese or the chicken. The chicken was very hard and the pasta was very soggy. I only took 3 bites until I felt sick from eating this food from how terrible it smelled and tasted and ended up throwing it away. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS RESTAURANT. THIS IS THE WORSE FOOD ANYONE COULD EAT.

Simply horrible. They actually sent me fish sticks with Provolone cheese when I ordered and paid for Baked Crab & Shrimp Alfredo ! I am not kidding. Please see the photo! This has GOT to be a joke!

Ordered the penne pasta dish, and it’s one of the worst pasta dishes I’ve ever eaten. Cheese wasn’t melted on top, flavor of sauce was terrible. Do not recommend.

Horrible. I wish I could give zero star. I ordered Fettucine Alfredo and they sent me Penne alfredo and the sauce was excessively salty. I added a side order of Mozzarella Marinara but that side order was not even there. We also added two kids pasta and kids said it was bad. Ordered through DoorDash. No cutlery provided. I don't understand how they expect us to eat pasta without cutlery. Overall horrible food.

Now I know why their phone number is removed from their website!! When I saw Maggiano’s was available on Doordash my family and I were so excited! Omg. That’s the only positive thing I can say!I ordered the family meal for 4. We couldn’t eat it. It was legitimately so disgusting we could not eat anything but the pie!The salad was BROWN! The red sauce and ziti was nasty... NOT Maggiano’s recipe! I have always felt no one can mess up Ck Parm, but not true!! Their chicken parm was so salty even after taking the breading off it was too tough and too salty to eat...and I love salt! Same with the Alfredo... like old salty glue.The entire meal was literally the worst meal we have ever ordered from anywhere! Tried to reach out to the restaurant and they are the only Maggiano’s you can’t find a phone number for!

I was excited to try some Italian food that I haven’t had before, the food was so bad… The chicken parm was a hard crusted flat piece of chicken that didn’t taste like chicken… the meatballs were okay and the chocolate pie was really weird tasting. So disappointed. I never write reviews but I feel it’s necessary for other people to know…

This is Google not DoorDash. If you’re mad over your DoorDash experience, write it on DoorDash, not here. And then watch the South Park episode about yelpers.Ignore every review with DoorDash in it. Food changes when it takes 1.5 hours to arrive.I eat here 1-2x’s a month and it’s been great EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Awesome food. Finally a place that doesn’t give you tiny portions of pasta and flavor is amazing. Love it. I don’t understand how anyone can write something bad about this place. They make mistakes but fix it. I wish I could write 1000 good reviews bc this place has been consistently great
