Good luck trying to figure out what you want to order…Their menus have been like this for months! Parking lot surrounded by sketchy individuals. Double check your orders before you drive off as sometimes there’s items missing from your order.

We downloaded the McDonald's app and we saw that they had something new for us that we never seen where you order on the app and you eat at the place and they take the food to the table for you. When you get there you put the table number on the app and someone brings the food to you. We wanted to try that service out since it's something new for us. I don't know if it's new for everybody so we waited and waited and finally I hear my husband's name being called. so when they call your name is for you to go and pick up your food yourself. so we went to pick up our food and I asked the lady giving us the food, I believe it was the manager because of her uniform I said to her I thought you guys took the food to the table. I saw that on the app and I also researched it online to make sure it was true and she said not when they don't have enough employees. I just said okay but because of my question another customer that heard what I said, said to me that I was rude. I just explained to her of the service that I saw online but she still called me rude. I don't know why I didn't think I was. I didn't even ask in a rude tone but I guess when McDonald's doesn't have enough employees, they don't give that service. Now I know

Got 2 orders of fries, a 4 piece of chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. They only provided one ranch and charge .38$ for each extra. I like ranch on my fries and chicken and it should be provided with each item!

The manager is always so rude and condescending. As a Dasher we deserve respect just as much as the employees at the restaurants we pick up from do. If you think about it, we are supposed to be on the same team. I have been dashing for years and never had any issues with pick ups or deliveries. She has been rude on more than one occasion and she clearly doesn’t understand that the dasher app prompts us on how we are supposed to confirm an order. I took a picture of the receipt and clicked confirm in front of her and she still had the audacity to say that if I don’t show her the confirmation she’ll report me. Lady, the order was confirmed what else are you wanting me to prove to you? I’ll never order or pick up from this location ever again. I reported her to DoorDash, she needs to be educated on how our system works and does not need to be rude in the process.
The new EBT cards are not supported here. Del Taco has no problem with the new cards. I'm a disabled senior citizen and I had to walk a long way to get to the restaurant. I walked away with no food.
