Wait at counter was long even though there was one person sort of working the area and only a couple of people ahead of me. We got our cups for soda the Dr. Pepper did not work. It took several attempts to get someone to listen to our complaint and get them to fill one soda at the drive-through. Our order was wrong; we got nuggets instead of a fish sandwich.I had planned to visit this McDs every morning when I walked like I do daily at home. I had to go to the competition for good service and miss out on my rewards.

Food is fresh and you get it quick. Service could be better but its fast food. Its not like you are sitting down at a restaurant. Atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. All in all pretty decent.
I did a walk in order using their app a first and second time after a few minutes to reorder more food and the code was for a use at cash register again but then it changes to use code through drive through and because of that the manager strictly refused their service knowing that I placed an walk in order minutes ago on foot?

This location will never receive our patronage again. From being yelled at by the drive thru payment window, to cold food, being told I don't understand her, when she wasn't speaking English. I worked at McDonald's and this individual would have been fired immediately for speaking and treating a customer like this.The eggs were glacial in both of our mcmuffins and neither of our coffees were drinkable. 1 was ordered with 2 cream 2 sugar. The second with 3 cream 1 sugar, both were received black and severely watered down.Do not waste your money or time using this establishment.

While ordering on the app, my phone somehow located to this location on Oceanside blvd.. even though I was way WAY closer to their Oceanside Canyon location.... In fact, I couldn't even get to this store.. I was distraught cuz I've dealt with other fast food restaurants in the past who have told me, "we don't have anything to do with the app",. which is crazy because I ordered it online and pick it up at their location.. but that's what I've heard from other competitors managers when trying to fix an order... I explained my situation to the mgr Yvette, who was happy to help me and verified my order to the Canyon mgr. Valeria, on the phone.. and it was fulfilled.. with a smile... we all know that technology has simplified much of our daily lives tasks, but it's still the people behind it that ultimately hafta come through.. and both managers did in a big way tonight.. Thanks again ladies.

I went in and asked for a large fries (along with other items ) and when I got home I opened my bag and got what looks like a medium or small fries.

I order my food and when I got to the first window there was no one there the manger complained to me saying that I didn't say anything but I' did they got my whole order wrong my son asked for a fruit punch hi'C drink they gave him a orange juice the food was dry my son got food poisoning from the food the burger was cold and the nuggets.

Came here to order breakfast and their POS system wouldn’t take my card it kept saying declined, called my bank and verified my acct had funds but still wouldn’t go thruDon’t come here if you’re paying with card. Their payment systems don’t work they will probably skim your card and steal your card info.
