So I ordered my food like always through the app first time in Oceanside order my food I can see the drive-through flowing and my order never came. I have to tell the guy outside what was going on and then somebody else came and brought my food with no bag because now McDonald’s charge for the bags that’s so stupid. I will never come back to this place.

REVIEW PART TWO UPDATE
This second time I came in for a mobile pickup from my boss his order was nearly 10 minutes past due another negative is not just McDonald’s but the city of Oceanside is apparently forcing everyone to pay 10cents for a to go bag which of course isn’t expensive but extremely idiotic and anyone who really knows it’s a complete cop out way of pretending to do something environmentally friendly not only that but there is not a clear direct indication of it being 10 cents on the site and once I asked for a bag the lady working gave me a bag which was nice however why wasn’t nice was the insane passive aggressive attitude I was giving when she nonchalantly pointed in some general distance to a none existent sign or wording about this new policy and proceeding to give me one of the most condescending smiles and fake nice tones I’ve ever witnessed. Every single time I come to this place I will proceed to give updates about whatever experience I have and this was beyond terrible last thing I’m going to say and this is directly to all the employees please do not act like this new policy is common knowledge and don’t act like you expect everyone to simply get with the program this will cause you all further problems

I stop here on my drive back home from SD every-time and it’s always good. I don’t know what it is because when I go to McDonald’s near my area it’s never as good as this place. Their QPC combo is unmatched.

Food was delivered as ordered. Little slow despite the online order. Lot a lot of homeless people around here that will affect your experience, given the McDonald's is like a beacon for them
The worst McDonald EVER! Rude, unwilling to correct the numerous mistakes they make! Shame on me for going back there! Redeemed my rewards points and when I got to the window they told me it was invalid…. When I called the manager was too busy to address my concerns!!! avoid at all cost! I rather drive to a further location than deal with these people!

It must not be a very enjoyable place to work because every single worker seems miserable.. I’m not really sure why they ask what sauce you want with your order if it almost always missing from the bag.. if you have the audacity to ask them for it they get snippy and rude only giving you one of the sauces requested. Like when did it become so difficult to get sauce for your fries lol.
It’s really not that big of a deal but it’s just funny how they tell you to put it on your order at the window but then don’t add it when you do ask ahead of time.
Also they need to fix the speaker or hire people of sound earing because the old middle eastern lady can never understand a word I say even when I’m practically yelling.
