Horrible customer service Management can’t solve an issue just walks around back and forth acting like she is doing something instead of handing me my condiments that by the way i payed for thanks for the cashier a kid who was helping a gentleman handed what i needed because management was just giving orders instead of have customer service and fixing the issue herself thank you kid unfortunately the ladys you work with drag you down to a one star you did good management can’t even hand over my items so i can leave.

Horrible. Would not recommend this McDonald’s. I ordered through the drive thru and ate in my car I went inside to go get a refill and they said “no, only dine in can get refills” I said I haven’t had this problem before. They said “it’s always been this way” and I’ve visited this McDonald’s before, never a problem. I’m anti-social I like to eat in my car to get some peace and quiet. Also it smelled so bad inside the restaurant. It smelled like the men’s restroom after someone had went number 2, the smell was everywhere. It was so horrible. I wouldn’t dine inside ever just because of that smell. I kinda feel sick now, knowing food was cooked in there and it smelled like the men’s restroom after someone had went number 2.

Poor customer service all around. Do not bother rounding up your purchases for charity because they rip you off. They do not honor what is mentioned over the intercom at drive thru and then give you incorrect change. Fight for your money back since they are dishonorable with actual versus mentioned prices and donations. Sorry McDonald's-this franchise need a retraining of math and customer service
