Come on people! Who’s making the fries? I got a large order of under cooked nasty fries! Monday night 12/22/24 around 5:30. Who’s making the fries! That was the worst batch of fries ever! The quarter pounder was ok. You all charge a lot of money to be serving your customers garbage! Manager! Make sure you people know how to prepare the food to be edible!
Extremely Annoyed Customer! Thru them fries in the trash! $5 + wasted!

Multiple times I have gone in and my hashbrown was over cooked and hard. That's so annoying. Come mcds you can do better.

Good fast food with friendly service. Many day laborers loiter in the parking lot during morning hours. Restroom is horrendous. Urinal always backs up, soap dispenser frequently broke or missing. Trash can overflowing and toilet paper on the floor. Reeks of urine and scratched graffiti on the mirror. Okay place to order food on app and take to go

Best fast food breakfast sandwiches around. Friendly and helpful employees. Food was fresh, as fresh as McDonalds gets. Overall I give this establishment a thumbs up

What a joke! I've never had to wait 30 minutes for 1 single cheese burger in my life. And there's no one here! I don't get it. Are they killing a cow on the back? Ridiculous. Never again. At least not at this one!

Pulled up and a voice said hello are you ready to order. We asked for a minute then said hello 10 times without answer. Drove up to the window and it was closed.

Do they have an a voice play to prank customers. So strange. AND they've had a broken menu screens that's hard to read for 6 months. Can't afford to fix that lol?

This McDonald's is part of a gas ⛽️ station and convenience store location. Also in the same parking lot as Lowe's and several other businesses.
Tried to use the kiosk but it kept locking up. Had to order at the register. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly but they did get my order right.
The patties on the cheeseburger 🍔 and Big Mac looked dry. Taste was just okay. Fries 🍟 were under salted 🧂.
But, worked for a relatively quick stop.
Hope your burger is fresher than ours and...enjoy!

So tired of the incompetence of the workers in this joint. All they do is let the fries die. How hard is it to drop new ones? All you have to do is lift it and drop them and salt them. Absolutely abhorrent to sell a side of fast food fries for almost 5 dollars and have them be stone friggin cold. This is the last time this spot will ever take my families money. No more! They told my man they could make new ones but it would be 20 mins. So lie. That’s their solution.

The food is always subpar, it’s McDonald’s I expect nothing less but it’s cheap and good enough so I still go very very occasionally now. When I came to this specific location they got MOST of my stuff right, but I had to let them know they forgot my drink. I had ordered a gold sauce snack wrap/ranch snack wrap meal and they completely forgot my drink. That’s fine so I went back through again and told them and showed the receipt to the guy, but one of the ladies came over and asked him what’s wrong. I said “it’s all good” and she looks at me and asks “are you lying?” while laughing so I ask what she said because I didn’t hear her the first time and she says “are you lying?” so I say no obviously and try to show her the receipt and tell her it’s on there and she doesn’t even come over to the window. She went around the corner to where the guy was and proceeded to peek around the corner and laugh at me again. It was very rude and she looked like a manager or a shift leader so it was even more disrespectful. I also had to remind the guy that I had a SECOND McFlurry and I didn’t even realize until I got home that they forgot my vanilla cone. At that point I just stayed home because I didn’t want to criticized and called a liar again. This location is terrible, if you want to go to McDonald’s just go to the one on College, or literally any other one.
