I waited 30 minutes for an Iced Coffee when there was no customers inside & one car in the drive through. Got completely ignored by staff & when I walked up to the counter to complain they said they didnt have my order (even though i paid at the counter) awful experience, awful location, do NOT come here EVER.

They never answer the phone. I went in to get a chicken nugget happy meal. They gave me a cheeseburger and no apple slices when I asked for apple slices. Tried calling the store so they could help fix the issue since they also didn't give me a receipt but no one answered. I tried calling for 30 minutes but they kept hanging up.

I was in the lobby waiting for my food when I overheard a employee and a so called manager talking bad about a coworker the manager “Martha” was saying that the other employee was not good at anything and the other coworker was defending her coworker that’s very unprofessional on “Martha” end mc Donald’s do better in who u pick a manger. Martha is no good at her job

Leave it to McDonald’s to be absolutely oblivious to the fact you want to take care of customers that frequent your business. I wasn’t asking for much at all. I was simply asking for a small adjustment to a coupling I only know about because another employee here suggested it to me 2 days ago and made me happy. So I tried to simply duplicate it again. I had just gotten screwed out Mr my app points because they were not entered in time to give me the points that would have made the shake I was trying to get absolutely feee!!! But all I wanted as a sort of compromise was to let me apply a coupon tk a shake instead of a frappe. The manager looked confused, I doubt she understood half of what I said. Not being mean I genuinely think that. Once again thank you for showing how little you give a crap about your customers once again.

Ordered a Mc flurry Oreo and it is ice cream with a tiny pinch of Oreo. Nothing compared commercials, I felt cheated.

Ordered egg and sausage. Got sausage and no egg....poor attention to simple details. Charged for bag! Was not asked if I wanted a bag or not. Bag no way costs 10 cents. Only in CA!!!

McDonald's charging 10 cents per bag now for to-go food, just cost being passed down to the consumer, I'm sure Trump's to blame though! Lol this is how inflation happens, the cost of goods goes up, the cost for the owner to operate the business goes up so he passes it on to the consumer. California politicians need to run up the minimum wage for fast food workers, so they passed stupid bills. They also need a rich slush fund to use as they like, so they charge money for a bag, a bag that has a much larger carbon footprint than a plastic bag, but still charging for a paper bag. An environmentally safe decomposable paper bag. Hilarious. Your food is pretty good McDonald's owner, however it's terrible for you, and we should all eat less, this makes it a lot easier, never see you again McDonald's. You should move out of this state like the others are doing.

It’s McDonalds. Eat it daily and it’ll probably kill you. However, on the rare occasion that I crave French fries, I have to admit McDonalds definitely has the best fries compared to most other fast food chains (with the exception of In ‘N Out Burger of course)
