When I show up, the store is usually clean and orderly (drive thru or walk in). The food itself is most often great, aside from a few incorrect orders (ie. Ordered no pickles, still got pickles, etc.). A few orders come thru with poor quality control (soggy buns, lack of fries when ordering a large meal, overly greasy patties, etc.). The staff however, have always been amazing. The issue with service seems to consistently come down to management. Any disputes or disagreements...

Had an issue ordering breakfast, in that I ordered ahead on mobile app, and arrived 2 mins after breakfast hours, so my order was cancelled!!! When I could've been brought out to me... I didn't want lunch, and knew I'd cut it too close to the end of availability which is WHY I ordered

There was a homeless man living under the order spot in the drive though asking if I could get him a 10 piece of the nuggies. I DONT HAVE ENOUGH CASH FOR EVERYONE TO HAVE NUGGIES TOOO.
