I’m leaving this review because I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location regarding something as simple as hot tea. I sent a young man to pick up my order through the McDonald’s app. He used his name on the order, and I truly hope what happened next wasn’t related to that but it’s hard not to wonder.

For context, I go to this same McDonald’s myself, and when my own name appears on the order a more traditionally “American” name my hot tea is always made for me, just the way McDonald’s says it should be on their website. Hot tea at McDonald’s is supposed to come prepared, with the hot water and tea bag ready for steeping. That’s part of what I’m paying for, and part of the standard service I’m used to.

But this time, when the young man picked up the order, the person just handed him one bag of hot tea for a large cup as I watched on his dash-cam. It felt dismissive, especially knowing that I’ve seen this location make hot tea for other customers, including myself. I don’t want to assume the reason maybe it was Sunday morning and people just weren’t in the mood. Maybe it was a misunderstanding. But the inconsistency is concerning, and it left a negative impression.

Now I know what the standard should be, and thank you for not making the tea today because it made me realize how important it is to leave this review.

If the owner or manager cares about maintaining the same level of service as other McDonald’s locations, I hope they take this seriously and properly train their staff so every customer receives equal and consistent treatment.

I’ve always appreciated good service here, and I hope this location steps back up to the standard that McDonald’s sets and that customers expect.

Great location but everytime i go there in the afternoon the food is cold. The French fries are cold and have a cardboard feeling when eaten. The food is thrown in the bag. I do not recommend going there during that time of day. The only good thing is in the evening closer to closing it has better quality of service. The lady is more positive, great customer service and the food is warmer.

Hands down the worst MacDonalds. Every meal takes 15 mins and food still shows up cold: the slowest ‘fast food restaurant’ in the USA. Corporate should shut it down. The tables and surfaces are disgusting and no one cleans anything. I’ve lived on the area for 8 years and drive to other Macdonalds restaurants to avoid this one.

Left me waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes after I ordered. I had to pull around and go in to get them to start making my order. Not coming back to this location.

Don't bother using the mobile app when it comes to this location. I placed an order 3 minutes prior to driving up to the drive-thru, and wasn't a surprise that I was sent to the third window to wait. But to be waiting 14 minutes for my order was RIDICULOUS! After waiting that long you would think it would at least come fresh, WRONG everything was stale. Management needs to step up and retrain their employees because the service here has dramatically gone down.
