While ordering on the app, my phone somehow located to this location on Oceanside blvd.. even though I was way WAY closer to their Oceanside Canyon location.... In fact, I couldn't even get to this store.. I was distraught cuz I've dealt with other fast food restaurants in the past who have told me, "we don't have anything to do with the app",. which is crazy because I ordered it online and pick it up at their location.. but that's what I've heard from other competitors managers when trying to fix an order... I explained my situation to the mgr Yvette, who was happy to help me and verified my order to the Canyon mgr. Valeria, on the phone.. and it was fulfilled.. with a smile... we all know that technology has simplified much of our daily lives tasks, but it's still the people behind it that ultimately hafta come through.. and both managers did in a big way tonight.. Thanks again ladies.

Found a rat in my food?!?!?! On Thursday November 16th around 4pm I made my way to my family's favorite fast food place. Everything was going good until I was home at the table with my family. My 7 year old daughter opened up her happy meal and found a dead rat. It looked as if it has been fried. Ambiance am I right. Service was McDonald they shit in my food probably.

My McDonald's experience was very great and awesome I've gone to this McDonald's multiple times and I've been attended with the same love and care thanks to this employee named Melisa, she's helped most of the times I've gone, she's helped me pick out sauces for my meals Everytime! It's always a pleasure to see her everytime I go, I hope she gets her recognition and a raise! Thanks Melissa !

Great workers, fast, organized but the food gets more and more mediocre, unfortunately. Or maybe it's just because I am older now? I remember absolutely loving Big Mac's when I was a teen! And why are the French fries always lukewarm?Kid-friendliness: Of course, perfect place for kids.

I came in a very busy part of their morning. But the young man behind the grill putting everything together and seeing the team working together as a whole was impressive. The food was hot and melted in exactly how it should have been. I got two sausage McMuffin with egg meals and they were hot and delicious and everybody enjoyed them. You guys did a great job today as always. The lady at the front register was very kind and courteous. I can tell they had a great work environment from the young man who was preparing the orders and the cooks in the back that were supplying his supply chain. They work very cohesively and the overall experience was very good. Everything was clean including the bathrooms and the children's play area.Kid-friendliness: Always a family friendly placeParking: There is plenty of parking in the whole shopping center area. If you don't go through the drive-thru then there's plenty of parking within 500 ftWheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair accessibility in the front and the side.

The service I had was awesome! I went through drive thru with a mobile order and accidentally placed the order at a different restaurant. Then once the worker realized he was super quick and fast to make the problem right and be the solution. Never seen an employee go above and beyond at any other mc Donald's location so thank you for making that so painless!!
