I came here for national froyo day because it was buy one get one free! They don't have that many flavors, but the froyo tastes good. There are more toppings than Yogurtland. The workers were friendly and I enjoyed my yogurt. I got the pistachio and cake batter flavor and it was delicious.

Love Menchie's. But for the love of god get some other froyo flavors. You never have the Reese's or Nutella or caramel. I will change my rating once we start getting some flavor consistency.Parking: none

don’t come here. there’s better ice cream spotsThe worker tonight should be fired for his poor service whoever he was. I asked him to refill some of the toppings and he said “sorry we are all out” hmmm okay maybe then I ask him to refill the chocolate sauce. guess what out of that too. convenient. maybe I wouldn’t have been so mad about it if he was actually nice and apologetic about it. he just rolled his eyes and walked away

I have a gluten allergy and eating out especially at establishments with self service bars can be difficult. The employee working, Shay, was so helpful. She was aware of gluten allergies and brought out a booklet listing the products and what allergies they contain. She even offered to bring out fruit from the back for me to limit cross contamination. We really appreciated her effort.

Disgusting dirty establishment.. The smell in there is oppressively of chemicals--not sure why or where seeing how the place was the definition of dingy. Won't be back. Gross

This is the only yogurt place I've gone to that doesn't offer vanilla yogurt, chocolate syrup, or Oreo cookie toppings. Plus two of their machines were out of order. On a positive note, what was working and offered was good.

I came in a week ago with my grandma after a stressful work week. I took a day off to come in with her and I was pleasantly surprised with the staff’s hospitality and professionalism. specifically this girl named Shay was patient and kind with my grandma. Will be coming back more often.

My son likes their frozen yogurts. Place is near the martial arts place he goes to, which makes it convenient. The girl in the counter is nice and friendly. Place is clean.

This used to be our favorite frozen yogurt shop but not anymore. There is now an overwhelming cleaner smell when you open the door. We, my husband and I, complained about the smell a month ago but the girl didn’t care. We just tried this Menchie’s again and the smell is even stronger. We left without purchasing anything. What a shame.
The Menchie’s around, which includes customer service, cleanliness and all the machines in working condition. Oh and they have the AC on despite the Carlsbad location which is horrible. The young man even made sure I was a member so I could get free yogurt. Which of course I am. ?

Great place but the tip thing in a COMPLETELY self serve business is insane. I was beyond shocked when the credit card machine prompted me to tip..."Are you F'in kidding me they're asking me to tip someone for simply verifying my credit card transaction occurred? Hell no." This whole tip thing at registers is out of control. Minimum wage is wayyyyy higher now than ever...You're welcome!
