This place is always busy and usually a good place to go. I was upset from my last visit since I was waiting to order a to go order at the counter & was ignored. The employee chose to help the guy who was ready to pay even though I was first. I mentioned it and it did not seem to matter. The pho was good, but I haven't been here in a long time so I recalled it being much better.

For over 8 years now, this restaurant has been my all-time go-to. I actually had my wedding rehearsal dinner here because my now-husband and I love their pho that much. Their pho is truly unlike any other we've had (and we make a point of trying new pho places whenever we travel just for fun). The broth is SO aromatic and flavorful, it really is authentic and unbelievably delicious (and thankfully naturally gluten-free for my celiac husband!). So this place is our standard when it comes to pho, and no one else has lived up to it yet.The owners and very nice and polite, and whether we're calling in an order for pickup or sitting down for dine-in, they and their helpful staff always have us covered no matter how busy the place is. The vibe inside is very casual, and they have booths and tables to accommodate groups of various sizes. It's just a great spot for an quick, easy, hassle-free and fantastically tasty meal. Plus, if you're not in the mood for pho they have a large menu with many other plates and side options (and amazing Thai tea).If you like pho, do yourself a huge favor and give this place a try.

You know something is done right when older Vietnamese people eat at a pho place. I make pho and rarely go out for Vietnamese food. This is a place I would frequent. It's a bit of a drive for me but worth it and a better option to ones significantly closer to me.
My new pho place since the one down the street closed. The broth is delicious and everything was fresh. Good ambiance busy in the middle of the day. Not too pricey

Food is good but I had a takeout order. There were a bunch of orders at the front, I took what they handed me but one order was missing. The bags are tied so checking the order isn’t easy.

I’m not really sure what just happened, I have ordered to go three times, and every single time there was either something wrong, or something missing from my order.I am new to the area, and generally order when I’m too tired to cook, and so I don’t make much of a fuss because I’m just too tired, but three times in a row?First time I ordered egg noodles, instead of the regular pho noodles for a friend, they didn’t do it, but stil charged me. Second time, I ordered the chicken pho, and it had literally three pieces of chicken in it.This third and final time, I ordered extra chicken just to make sure, and extra steamed veggies. I waited about 15 minutes to head over, got there and the veggies were not in the bag, the young woman with glasses told me it would be a couple of minutes, and proceeded to add the charge to my order. I asked her to not, as they had 15 minutes already to do that. It’s the whole reason I call ahead, to have the order ready when I get there and not wait extra time.Her response to me when I expressed that this was the third time something was wrong, and I most likely would not be coming back was “well, we can just not charge you and not give you the food”I’m truly baffled by that response. I was not upset, my voice was not raised, I simply expressed there had been multiple issues with my orders.
