Met the new owners. They were very sweet and provided great service. They assured me nothing on the menu would change but, that they did plan to expand the menu and add new items.The Mom of the owner (daughter) is actually the cook. I believe she used to work as a chef at a pho restaurant in Encinitas.The spicy Beef soup that I ordered was amazing!! Loved all of the flavors and the broth. I also enjoyed the egg rolls with the sweet & sour sauce.Definetly coming back to try out new items that get added to the menu.

The pho was amazing! I was greeted by Kit with a big smile and was able to answer a few questions on the menu for me, very sweet. Egg rolls were made to perfection! So disappointing. I used to eat here and I don't know what happened. I don't know if they're under new management or had to make budget cuts. I don't usually like to leave negative reviews out of respect for the restaurant owner, but honestly after this experience, I just had to. This is for a delivery order, got 3 pork banh mi's, fried egg roll, and spring rolls. This was by far the worst banh-mi's I've ever eaten. Usually the pork pieces are grilled, moist and savory with a nice hint of sweet. The pork in this case literally tasted like canned meat, it was hard and dry like jerky, but also very wet in a lot of sauce. The egg roll and spring roll were both just okay.

Got a pork Bahn Mi for lunch. They did not skimp on the toppings! I went to Albertsons and came back to pick up my sandwich, they were really fast. The staff were nice and explained the menu. The Bahn Mi sandwich was $8 which is pretty reasonable.

We went to this restaurant today after hearing that they had had a robbery, and we wanted to support them. It was our first time there and I can say we were not disappointed. The bánh mì sandwiches were amazing, that bread! We also had fresh rolls and a Thai tea everything was good and the service was quick. They are so nice and so welcoming!! Try this place!! They are only a few months old and need customers. You won't be sorry!

Omg! Let me tell you this is where you need to go for your banh mi. Made fresh when ordered. I was debating if I should drive all the way to Westminister to go to my banh mi spot that does buy 1 get 1. This place did not disappoint. I originally ordered one to go and then they took a few bites of it and then I came back five minutes later and ordered two more to go. Let's start off with the baguette . It was crispy, light, and fresh. The mayo and pate spread was just the correct amount and all the herbs and pickled carrots was super delicious and crunchy. On top of everything else, the cold meat slices were thicker than other places I ever been too. If you are reading this post, I encourage you to stop by and give this place a try. You will not be disappointed!

As always, my food reviews come from a person who only eats a plant-based diet, so please keep that in mind. The remodel from the previous owners looks fantastic, there are plenty of tables, and the service is so good; everyone is lovely and helpful. I miss the Vegan Bhan Mi from ND as these are not served with any sauce, I believe they used Maggi, and when you remove the pate and butter, they are very dry. Sriracha and Hoisin are available at the table, though. Also, the veggies are crunchy and not as pickled as expected. Finally, I was dismayed to see that the veggie pho is made with chicken broth; not sure how this passes as "veggie" on any level. It was explained to me that they were not selling enough of the veggie pho broth to be viable, and it will come back in the winter. This is where I take the blame, I can't ask the business to have options for me if I don't frequent them enough to make it worth their while. I hope they decide to make one excellent vegan pho, and not only will I be a frequent guest, but I will also promote it extensively to our plant-based friends. I wish this business the best of success and look forward to visiting in the winter when the veggie pho returns.
