Outback has always been one of my favorite goto steak places for really good steak at an affordable price. Having been stuck overseas for the last couple of years, this was my first time visiting in a while. I hate to admit it but, I struggle to give this location even 3 stars. The service was very slow, the food was just OK & the prices have pushed up (a lot) out of the medium price range. A certain Texas steak house close by had much better food at better prices. If you find yourself debating on where to spend your precious time & money, I'd skip this one & head somewhere else.

My husband wanted outback so we went for Father's day and had Aleesha for a waitress and she was awful. She was so slow. We had two toddlers so we ordered their Mac and cheese before anything and that showed up after everything. She did not smile even once the entire afternoon. My mom husband and kids went out as my mom and dad were going to leave with the kids after waiting 20 minutes for boxes and my husband was buckling the kids in carseats. I noticed I forgot the credit card we were using so I had to grab it. I left my phone and wallet in plane site and told the staff member in front I was grabbing my credit card. When I walked back in two minutes later the waitress was yelling at the hostess because she let us all leave. My phone and wallet were sitting on the table next to my car keys. That was after the awful service. I saw all of the other waitresses smiling and working hard and ours was just their.

Me and my husband went out to eat here since we head a gift card that was giving to use for Christmas. We had an alright experience. The waitress was really nice. My husband was disappointed with his steak, it had a lot of fat. The food I order was okay. The food could have definitely been better.

When the food was served, it was basically room temperature. Only the baked potato was warm to the touch. The loin portion of the porterhouse steak had a lot of gristle and took some serious cutting to get good bites. The waitress was nice and apologetic and offered us a free dessert which we declined. If I hadn’t been paying with a gift card, I would have complained strongly to a manager. The bread was the best part of this meal and I can’t see us going back to Outback.

This location sucks. We ordered pick up a couple weeks ago. 2 of the 5 things we ordered were good. The entrees were terrible. Over cooked and bad. Talked to a manager that was supposed to give a credit for the bad entrees. We went to the restaurant and they gave us a $25 credit. I'm sure you know $25 doesn't cover much off anything these days. It certainly doesn't cover the food they screwed up the first time. The food is over priced, over cooked and just garbage.

Writing this while still sitting in the restaurant at the table.The service is horrific. I only came here because I was craving a bloody steak and Texas Roadhouse had over an hour wait.Salad was brown and dull. Very odd taste as well.Hostess kept walking away and the waiters were just on their phones.I feel for some of the staff. I don’t think outback will last around here if they do not step up their game, prices definitely don’t match with the service, would must rather pay more at Texas for their service and hospitality and food preparation!When the busboy brought our food he even disrespected outback steak by offering A1 sauce.Westin was our server- he did a really great job and very responsive and respectful! when outback tanks and you need a job. Contact me. I have you covered!

Came here on a work trip, hungry and burnt out, asked for a rare steak.I got it exactly rare, cold and red, just how it's supposed to be. First steak house in years that nailed that, thank you SO much! Was a bright spot on an otherwise somewhat cloudy day for me.

1st time ordering from this location. Very excited to share a meal with someone special on Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, I received little to no service. Contacted the restaurant and spoke with someone from their To-Go staff, but the girl was incredibly unhelpful, uncaring, and sounded like I was inconveniencing her with my problem. I understand maybe you want to go home, but I was actually at work trying to have dinner on my break. Now my partner and I will be going home without any meal at all this holiday. I hope anyone else's night is going better than ours.Edit: ordered again today hoping maybe it was just the craziness of a holiday. Unfortunately, the order still took nearly 2 hours. When asked about the status of my order, the staff responded "sorry there is no cook right now."Why is the restaurant open? What about anyone else getting their orders right now? Very sketchy. When I did finally receive my order, it was missing the side item for the 9oz. Filet, no roasted garlic butter add-on which was already an extra charge. no butter for the lobster, requested Grilled lobster and received Steamed. I think I'm more concerned with the state of the restaurant at this point and less about the bad experience I just had 2 nights in a row.At this time, it's probably best to dine elsewhere.

Went here for dinner, arrived around 5pm Walked in and was not greeted, wait wasn’t terrible but the two in the front seemed to not know what was going on and argued amongst themselves about what was opened and not. Once we were seated it took awhile for our server to acknowledge us and take out drink orders. Our drink order took forever. It was 2 waters, wine and a glass of whiskey. Our food was meeeh, if you could say that. I remember coming here a couple of years ago and the service was top notch. Everyone who worked there now seemed to not know what was going on. Honestly I felt bad for the employees, training comes from the top. Hopefully things change and they are able to turn it around.

Omg all of our food was disgusting besides the hamburger. It was very low priced only $200 for 6 adults and 4 kids, but the food is trash at this outback. I ordered the salmon and it was pretty disgusting so I offered it to 2 other people and they tasted it and were disgusted as we're disgusted as well my whole party really hated their food. Outback use to be my favorite, I'll never come back. I will say this we had the best waiter ever he was super nice super nice super patient with all the yelling kids that were with us were with us we were there to celebrate a birthday party

The service was great, but the food was not so great. The sliced steak sandwich tasted really old and was quite disappointing. On the bright side, the macaroni balls were awesome!!!

Came here wanting a nice dinner with family but was very disappointed.. ordered the Marg Flight, never had a flight that wasn’t presented w labels of each flavor (unprofessional). BUT the worst part was waiting an entire hour for our food to be brought out, once we finally got our meals. They weren’t even hot anymore; cheese wasn’t melted at all. Upsetting that I lost my appetite at that point. Our waitress was very nice,she was great and comped half the check. Won’t be going there ever again tho

We got in ahead of the dinner crowd. Waitress was nice and attentive. Food was good, I'm glad you can order protein by the size/weight. That makes sense. Kiwi fruit lemonade was good, quite sweet.

Understanding that due to covid, staff is limited but with that being said it was hard for staff to maintain orders. Ex: forgetting sides, drinks and entrées. Food was okay, definitely better places to go to.
